This is a great run family business. Adam was fantastic at listening to my needs & was very knowledgeable about the chair I wanted to purchase. I didn’t realize how much products change in 7 years. Diana was also a great help at getting my information back to Adam. Aubrey (sorry if I spelled it wrong) gave me a call as he was finalizing the measurements for the chair because the depth seemed too much and he was correct, I couldn’t read my own chicken scratch. Nice catch Aubrey! Keep up the awesome job Marcs Mobility Staff:) Thanks to everyone @ Marcs!

Marc’s Mobility listens to customer needs and concerns. This company is extremely helpful and works hard to meet customer needs. The scooter I purchased on 7/19 has not arrived yet so I cannot give my thoughts on it. There seems to be a problem with getting the delivery I hoped would arrive soon. I was informed Estes Freight was handling the shipment so when I had heard nothing from them I called them on 7/24 to ask about the status. I was told a different freight company would be making the delivery and I should hear from them soon. So far, nothing. Sure hope my scooter comes in the next week or two.

I have bought two motorized wheelchairs from Marcs Mobility and I am extremely satisfied with their service. I had a problem while vacationing at WDW and they rectified everything immediately so my family vacation was a success. Thanks for the wonderful customer service.

My only contact at Marcs Mobility was with Sal and it could not have gone better. He was more than willing to go beyond what is required and helped me with making the right decision for the type of product that was needed for my situation. I could not be happier with my experience with Marcs Mobility and will be happy to recommend them to anyone in need of mobility items.A company
