Needed 2 batteries for my Pride Sonic. Not available at my local battery store. Marc's got them to me in 2 days.

Knowledgeable, friendly service and very helpful. Not as happy with the product but that's on me. I went in asking for what I got. So it's the manufacturer and me that's to blame for that.
