Hi James, Sorry for the delay. We did ship the unit the 22nd which was the next business day after your order was placed and due to the holidays it did take longer then expected for delivery which was on 1/5/2026. If you would consider to change the 1 star rating for us since this delay was only due to freight lines and the holidays. Thank you Alex
