They called to verify that I ordered the correct lift for both my vehicle and my scooter. Then they set up the lift for my scooter before shipping it. Easy delivery all the way across the country.

Hi Craig, Yes we do apologize. You had ordered 4 caster wheels which we ordered from Pride and twice they pushed back the backorder date. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Call me the B.
I got fooled to buying a Permobil M3 Wheelchair well over asking price. Let me start with I nev er bought a wheelchair before and made that perfectly clear when I made my first call and spoke to Sal (was fired right after I received the chair) I was told this is what I needed and it was the same chair he used and he had a like brand new unit in with 2 hours on it. I received the chair and there was rust on the back rods, seat was was faded, the leg pads were faded the internal charging connector was broke. I called to talk to Sal and he was let go or fired (dont really care) waited on someone to call me but know when did instead I got a email from a tech. I started replacing parts on the unit only to find out the unit was a 23 not a 2025. I did talk to a sales person about my issue and he said that’s probably why Mark isn’t there any more. The unit now has issues with a cable and brake errors and I’m being quoted money I don't have.. Great job Marc’s Mobility you got the most amount of money out from me and gave me a unit that looked like it was pieced together. Keith A

I am sorry to hear about the issue you had. You purchased this used unit from us on 2-3-25. It would be very hard for me to believe we told you it was a 2025 unit when it was only 30 days into 2025 when you purchased the unit. The unit had 6 total miles of distance and very clearly on the top line of the invoice which you did receive says DOM 10/17/23. I have pictures of the unit before it left, and it looks in perfect condition. The only parts I see you ordered from us were arm pads and chest straps 4 months after the sale. What you also paid for the unit is the price we sell all the same M3 units for, so I am not sure why you are acting like we over charged you for something. Sal was an ops manager here and had a great opportunity and that is the reason he left our company. Sal was your sales rep and Aubrey was the tech you spoke to 4 months after the sale to upgrade the arms and get a chest strap. We do work with all of our customers when they are needing parts but if a chair is used hard for 9 months there can sometimes be an issue with the joystick cable. If you would like for us to call you to see what is going on with the unit id be more then happy to contact you but once again a lot of what is said above is just not accurate. Thank you Alex
