I was robbed on a flight between KL and Saigon , by professional thieves . They removed my wallets took what they knew was valuable and returned the wallets. Malaysian airlines refused to take responsibility , or warn their passengers

Arrived to Perth airport last night to find out our flight had been cancelled, without any prior notice. After waiting around in the airport for two hours, we finally got given a voucher for a taxi home, and a booking on a flight 15 hours later. As I write this, we are currently sitting on the tarmac 2 hours behind schedule for our ‘new’ flight. The layover they gave us for our connecting flight was one hour… when I asked what the plan was if we miss this flight, the response given was ‘it will be fine’. Currently have missed out on one full day of our trip, and what’s looking like two full nights accommodation. Absolutely nothing offered to us as compensation, not even a ‘sorry’ from one single member of staff. Airport staff told us to speak to customer services regarding these issues, customer services told us to speak to airport staff…. As a One World Alliance Emerald member, this is by far the WORST airline I have ever dealt with. Will never ever book with Malaysia Airlines again.

Hi, I have never travelled with this company before and this first time I will travel with them which will be in May any time, I have received an email that my seat has been moved to another seat which is strange because I have paid for my seat and I called the first time but I didn't get any help from the agent and I called a second time and I had the other agent and his name is Faris who was courteous, kind and helpful. He listened to what I had to say and did a great customer service. All I have to say is thank you and for being patient with me and helping with my query. I will review again as soon as I am back for my trip. That will be at the end of May. Franck.V

Useless Time Wasting. Email me to say I can Check in so go through the process only to be advised they cant check me i and I should go through the process of doing so when I arrive at Heathrow. Contact them by phone and get the usual unwanted information, music and a claim they are dedicated to providing an exceptional service and they are the BEST. Ha Ha! After 15minutes the call is cut off! They get a lot of negative reviews. I assume well deserved. I think it is time to boasting how great you think you are and that you are dedicated to provide exceptional service when it is apparent this is definitely not he truth. Perhaps they might read the reviews and respond appropriately some time. I expect not! My suggestion GO SINGAPREAIRLINES as never had problems with them

We received an e-mail with a notification that our flight was cancelled. Other than that, there was no information in the e-mail, such as what can be done now, alternative flights, opportunities to get the money back etc. NOTHING. I went online to check on our booking, through the manage booking site I could ask for a refund, which I did. The amount that was refunded to my credit card was around 16 USD, for a flight that cost 145 dollars. I contacted their hotline several times, they told me they would escalate it, so far nothing happened. I tried the contact form online, submitting it fails every time since weeks and it keeps telling me "please try again later". NEVER EVER AGAIN would I book a flight with this airline, it's a total disappointment!

Honestly the worst experience of my life with an airlines. Cancelled flight due to technical failure which I understand… put in hotel.. no contact or update for 1.5 days. Only false flight times and cancellation emails sent after the flight. Went to airport to find out no flight. Zero contact and spent an extra $800 on 3 connecting flights due to false information and no communication. Only found out of hotel staff our situation because they booked our rooms longer. Complete failure and disgusting communication. Staff are amazing and patient but whoever is making the calls is useless.

I booked a flight from Auckland NZ to KL. I was charged $300 NZD ($182 USD) because my one bag was 5 KG over the limit. This is ridiculous! Blatant, naked extortion of vulnerable passengers. The cabin staff were unfriendly, the food was bad, and the in-flight entertainment didn't work either (AND NO COMPENSATION) Will never ever fly this carrier again and advise all others to BEWARE.

MH deliberately randomised seating to push passengers towards paying for seat booking. We a family of 3 with a child age 12, were separated on both legs despite getting on the online check in, the second it opened. On the London to KL leg we managed to get the airport staff to find us 3 seat together. The plane wasn't full at all.
