A flight attendant named Miss Drinetra in MH250 (Sydney - Kuala Lumpur) on 23 May 2026 was exemplary. i came into the flight late because the front desk didnt allow me in until I sorted my things properly out of the gate. When I came into the flight, Miss Drinetra and another male flight attendant helped me to store my cabin bags. I was sweating at that moment and feeling stress. Then, she offered me some water to help me cool off before the flight starts its journey. The quality of MAS cabin crew is just exceptional and exemplary. I will always choose Malaysia Airlines over other airlines.

We were in Malaysia and flew 2 times with Malaysia Airlines. Both times Check in at the Counter was fast and smooth. We had no issues with our luggage. Got water and some nuts for an 1 hour flight, each. Friendly staff! Can’t complain.

Vi er nu kommet hjem efter en 14 timers rejse fra kuala lumpur hvor vi kom fra langkwai, begge rejser var ned Malaysiaairlines kvaliteten på alle områder var i top. Især prisen på deres pladser med ekstra benplads var på et meget acceptabelt niveau.

Im the first to complain, but I wanted to highlight how good the customer support was when MH damaged our luggage on a SIN-KUL flight. Upon gathering all the documentation needed (as with any airline), we were promptly refunded about $110 for our $250 luggage (that was 5 years old, so I guess that’s somehow fair). Prompt answers (as prompt as an airline can be)

I've fled with them multiple times and had good experience. Flights departed on time. The meals on board are tasty. Usually tickets have 20-30kg luggage included, so no need to pay extra
