Flight cancelled around 12 hours before the flight and it was a transit flight and 0 support provided at the airport front desk counter and hotline on the date was like calling to the Mars as it was a public holiday. Insurance purchased and after 3 months Malaysia Airline representative pushed to the insure company and provided a invalid hotline (probably connect to the Jupiter), even though insurance was purchased together with flight. Fly it at your own risk.

MY FLIGHT EXPERIANCE WITH MAS ,I HAVE FLOWN WITH MAS ALMOST 30 YRS ,THE CREW MEMBERS ARE TRYING THEIR BEST TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE AND NO DOUBT THEY DID ,LATELY I FLY IN MH 4 TIMES IN JULY ,THE FOOD WAS THE WORST NOW ,BEFORE THIS WAS BRAMINS FOOD WAS GOOD.NOW EVEN MY DOG WONT EAT IT,THE CHAPATI WAS LIKE A PAPER PLATE AND THE DESSERT VADAI WITH YOGURT WAS STALE AND THE SWEET WAS OLD STOCK EHH ,WHAT CAN THE CREW DO THEY WERE SERVICE ORIENTED ,ONLY THE TIGER BEER WAS NICE ,CANCEL THIS FOOD AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE NEXT TIME I INTENT TO BRING MY OWN FOOD ,AS FOR BUSINESS CLASS SATAY WAS HOT AND FOOD STILL BAD ,OVERALL SERVICE OK FOOD HORRIBLE TQ

absolutely shocking, if i could give 0* i would my flight was cancelled and delayed over 12hrs on my return home to the uk and was stuck in Kula Lumpa, I was offered to sleep on the airport sofas near by as all hotel rooms were full and missed a full day of work because of this, I’m highly dissatisfied with the service, I wasn’t given a reason as to why my flight had been cancelled either, this is and caused me a lot of inconvenience and stress, this is over 12hours of my life I will never get back due to this delay and a full days work, contacted Malaysia airlines who wont give a reason as to why and wont pay out

Where do I start, the whole experience has been extremely disappointing and unnecessarily stressful, impacting on our holiday. When we booked flights it said it included 20kg of luggage per person and that seat selection was included. This was not the case. Upon booking and confirming the flights the confirmation said that our outbound luggage was 20kg and return luggage 10kg. When I contacted them to increase baggage, they wanted to charge another $250 a person for 10kg each way. This was long before the flight. This was the first of 5 flights with Malaysia airlines over one week and the first of 5 flights that were delayed. We were notified of a delay to our 3rd flight a week before. This meant we were landing 4.5 hours later than our original flight. We tried to cancel, but we're not allowed to without cancelling all of our flights. After many online attempts and phonecalls, we went ahead as we had significant fees to cancel and they would not accept responsibility although they had changed the flights. When we arrived at the airport, as a group of 3 we had been separated all over the plane. This first flight was then delayed 2 more times while seated at the airport. I contacted them to try to sort out our issues and lodged a complaint many times over the following days. They did not respond at any point and when I got through on the phone they said there was nothing they could do but to speak to the check in counter. When we got to the check in counter, there was nothing they could do and to speak to the transfer counter. The transfer counter sent us to the gate and they could do nothing. Every flight was delayed over the trip by at least 2 hours. All staff were unhelpful and unable to change anything. There policy said that many things would be offered for inconveniences and delays of 5+ hours, which we had several of. When we asked for anything, no one could help us. I do not recommend Malaysia airlines. They offer a lot and deliver on little.

We werden overgeboekt van Amsterdam naar Brussel. In Brussel bleek dat we van de vlieglijst waren gehaald. Malaysia airlines wil ook na herhaaldelijk verzoek niet aangeven waarom. Wel ons geld teruggekregen voor de tickets maar geen schadevergoeding voor het feit dat we voor niks naar Brussel zijn afgereisd en vervolgens nieuwe tickets moesten komen die 2 x duurder waren.

Poor customer service…. Less baggage weight… Always flight delay….worst flying experience iam never faced before.

Never fly with them! Missed my next flight! Had 4 hours for transit. They delay flights massively! 4 hours was not enough. Never again. Missed flight to Maldives. Lost 340 euros

Not a big fan of them since quite long ago. My experience with them was extremely subpar and everything feels squeezed. like the arrangement of seats to the onboarding experience. if they have better customer support that would be better, or customer experience...
