SCAMMERS!! Don't trust them, they will not refund your money without penalty for Economy Flex ticket if you cancel the flight. We bought 2 Economy Flex tickets from Pekanbaru to Kuala Lumpur for $90 each. Our plans changed and when we wanted to cancel the flight, we saw a $70 fine for each ticket! (80 percent of the ticket price!!!). This is despite the fact that it says everywhere that economy flex means canceling without any penalty! We have been communicating with customer service for a week now, but all they reply is that our case is under review! I asked the support team to send me the cancellation policy for Economy flex ticket. And what do you think??? it says that the ticket can be canceled without penalty! but in fact the system is charging me a penalty and nobody from the customer service can help us!! this is absurd!

Poor airlines for poor people...crew is greedy..flight staff as usual rob valuable items ..

Our flight was cancelled 4.5 hours before the scheduled time despite them knowing this was going to happen. We've been told that MA has been cancelling flights for 2 weeks so it's not acceptable that they notified customers so last minute. Upon calling their customer service to rebook our flights to an earlier one (via Qatar), they were reluctant to do so until we threatened to send them our medical bill if we miss an appointment. Took two calls over 3 hours to get everything sorted. No meal vouchers or compensation was offered.

I had a really good experience with Malaysia airlines. Comfortable flights. Flight delayed by storms, Airline processed everyone to hotels and re-scheduled with no fuss.

Malaysia Airlines left us waiting at the transfer desk for an hour and 10 minutes in a disorderly queue. At the front of the queue they lied saying they called us and accused us of not being in the line (which CCTV disproves). Due to being 35 minutes until our departure they refused to print our boarding pass and ordered us to exit the airport, collect our baggage and purchase new tickets - which they tried to sell us for $2,400 from just Kuala Lumpur to Perth. This airline is an utter disgrace, treating passengers like this. It was the final flight of our three on the last day of our honeymoon. The airline refused any compensation for our awful experience and all staff have been unkind except one sympathetic ticket counter staff member. I don't see this airline succeeding as a business in the future after all its mistakes and negligence.

Tick no232 2471378580.Kuala Lumpur to Heathrow .There was this really helpful and mannered chinese air hostress that give me a great experience on the flight.Always answered my demands even on her break time, and i was maybe kindof rude that time.Soda , Snacks everything i need. She deserves a raise!!.Great experience , definitly using malaysia airlines again.

I travelled Business class on MH 0759 from Vietnam to KL, 2 hr flight The recliner of the seat was not working and it was such a old aircraft and uncomfortable, The economy on Emirates/ SQ or Ethihad would be way better! The meals were brought on a trolley .i had no choice of a meal hence decided to skip the meal and asked for a green tea Although i reminded twice , it was not served and the crew did not even have the courtesy to offer a glass of water. My colleague asked for a coffee but was curtly reminded they serve no coffee as it was a short flight! Horrible experience and a disgrace to Business class travelling. Arrogant and Rude crew and I will never travel Malaysian Airlines

What a horrible start to our holiday in Australia. Rude, unprofessional staff. Old, uncomfortable planes. Unpleasant food. Do yourself a favour and choose another airline.
