I booked and paid for 2 seats on 2 flights. You have changed my seat, without explanation and without refunding my money - MH149, 7 Feb 2024? I emailed you about this- NO reply after 7 days. I have rang 5 times today after about 15 minutes you cut me off. I am a disabled pensioner, why are you stealing for me?

I had mixed feelings after booking flights with Malaysia Air as some reviews were very negative. Just completed leg one of four flights today's and I must say I was very impressed by the aeroplane, seating, food and staff attentiveness for us passengers. Special thanks to our hostesses Yoke Chew and Kai Min for all the help today, your friendly approach made the flight so enjoyable. My ranking is right up with Singapore Air well done!

I arrived a KL airport to catch the first flight of a two leg journey. When I looked up my flight details on the screen saw the dreaded 'CANCELLED' in red letters. I spoke to one of the MA representatives and within 15 minutes or so they had managed to get me on to an earlier flight which gave me plenty of time to catch my connecting flight. Something that could have become incredibly stressful was sorted out very quickly with minimal fuss. Thank You.

I had 2 serious delays with airline and find them very unprofessional to say the least and delays do happen but 6 hrs this trip and before ended up in Vietnam I won’t fly with them ever again

absolutely unfriendly cabin crew, technology that doesn't work, poor cleaning of the cabin, burnt food, bad drinks. And that on a 14 hour flight!

The flights are ok with them, but the website is a shame. I would have expected at least something functional from a big company like them, but it's just trash on every aspect : horrible interface, frustrating waiting time for EVERYTHING, and even tough I've spent HOURS on their website I've never been able to do any action on it, not even the check in !!!

My past 3 flights with this service have been delayed. While i understand this happens at times with flight services, literally, EVERY ONE? i wouldn’t recommend it tbh. Please pick something better if you have the chance.

i have spent over an hour trying to contact this airline to book a return flight to Bangkok as a new booking to be told my call is important, all our agents are currently busy, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service , then answer my call after being on hold in excess of 20 minutes each time, the lack of customer care is appalling, sadly this appears normal now with All airlines, it's a sad reflection of the age we live in, almost impossible to book,
