Looking at all the negative reviews on here definitely contradicts our flight experience! We flew with Malaysian Airlines on our Far East holiday from Heathrow to KL, then KL to Denpasar and return. Long direct flight of 13 hrs to KL and then 3 hrs to Denpasar after 3 night stay in KL. Although a long flight we found seating to be quite comfortable with ample leg room. Food was good and cabin crew friendly and helpful. The flight entertainment could have been better (compared to other airlines we have flown with) and on the return trip from KL to Heathrow it wasn't working for a short time until the system was re-booted. No big issues for us and we would certainly fly with them again.

I used malaysiaairlines.com to search and book my flight, and the whole process was very convenient. The website layout is clean and easy to understand, making it simple to choose flights that fit my schedule. As a traveler from Malaysia, I appreciate the clear fare details and smooth checkout experience.

I recently flew with Malaysia Airlines from Kuala Lumpur to Sydney, and overall, it was an okay experience. The cabin crew were genuinely friendly and professional — they greeted everyone with a smile and made me feel comfortable throughout the flight. The food was decent, and I really liked the satay appetizer they served. However, the flight was delayed for almost two hours with very little explanation, which was a bit frustrating. The plane also felt a little old compared to other airlines I’ve flown with. Still, the warmth of the staff made the journey pleasant enough.

Had been regular flyers with Malaysia airlines prior to covid. Just took our first long haul trip of 4 flights with them since covid. Overall pretty good. Flew london, kl, Bali and back to london. Flights on time as far as they had control over. Any minor delays up to 30 minutes due to airport flight handling delays. Larger Airbus a350 planes were clean, fairly comfy and on par with leading airlines. food was ok and staff came round with snacks or drinks regularly. In-flight entertainment was acceptable and complimentary Wi-Fi ok. Only one flight of 3 hours from Bali to kl was poor. Staff miserable. The passengers in row in front of us declined their seats prior to take off. Staff advised them to put seats up after we requested. As soon as staff say down for take off the seats went back down again. We advised staff who could not be bothered. This is a major security/ safety concern that should have been addressed but was not. In essence We would use Malaysia airlines again as generally we have had ok flights with them

This is the second best airline i tooked. The destination was far away from Malaysia. But the only one weak point is the departure airport mostly at KLIA2 or KKIA. They cannot departure from other international airport such as PIA, SIA.

We flew Adelaide, Australia direct to Kuala Lumper then on to Kota Kinabalu, Borneo on the 14th March 23. We returned from Sandakan, Borneo via KL on the 22nd/23rd March 23. Once we received our Booking Number from our TA and logged onto the Malaysian Airlines web site we found many options including Seating upgrades and choices (at a price). Communications from the Airline to us re open checkin etc were all good and very clear. Boarding the flights was by seating zones and done in an orderly fashion. The planes were clean, well serviced and the Flight Crew were all excellent. The entertainment system was okay but had few hitches, once worked out it was okay. We take our own headsets as unless you fly Business the supplied ones on most airlines are rubbish. Service on board with Food and Drinks was good and the quality of the food on all 4 flights was excellent. Would certainly recommend and will use Malaysia Airlines again.

Flew from KUL/DPS 26 February 2023 Aircraft: A330-300 Class of Travel: Business Class Seat: 5A Food: Lame, and lousy. Even the food on AirAsia taste way better. I shall stop at that. Comfort: 4/5 - seats could be wider for large people. Service: 5/5 - no complaints there. Aircraft Lavatory: Disgusting and dirty Lounge: 3/5 - food offerings were pretty bad Overall: Definitely not 5 stars, the food was the deal breaker!
