I used their enrich hotels service to book pullman hotel in KL for 3 nights. the booking system booked the wrong month and when I turned up they refused to give me a room or refund. granted I should have checked the confirmation but the incorrect date was on the 3rd page of many pages of rubbish. I was booked for the day I actually made the booking 3 months in advance. the fact I didnt show up immediately to the hotel I should have received a courtesy call - but nothing. They just pocket the money with total disregard why someone would pay thousands of dollars only not to show up. Their websites are dodgy and their service is even dodgier AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I lost thousands of dollars with them and ended up having to book another hotel

Here is no option for - minus rating. Malaysia Airlines one of the worst airline services and unpleasant travel experience in the world. Recently, we had experienced with this airline as we travelled from NewZealand to Bangladesh to Newzealand. 10.30 hours journey only provided 2 times meal and very poor quality food, no snacks. Kind of fasting experience. Luggage missing, Airlines crew members were rude. Overall nightmare. Just advise for people buy enough food before travelling with Malaysia Airlines. Seat also very narrow and not enough leg space.

My luggage is still missing after a month and so far I only received one call (in the first week) from them to say that they are still trying to locate my luggage and asked me what’s inside my luggage. I called them later on and no one picks up the phone. I used the online chat and got kicked out from the chat seven times! They closed the chat box whenever they felt like it despite problem unresolved and I was on the other end waiting for an answer. When I tried to claim my expenses as all my belongings is in the luggage, and I have no essential items like cloths and toiletries with me after I landed, there is no news from them either. I sent another email one week later asking what is the status again there is no reply. I am devastated as I bought everyone that I know (friends, neighbors, teachers, 15 of my extended family, nieces and nephews) a Christmas presents. Some of them were longing and waiting for their presents and now they have to spend Christmas without a Christmas present. Even if Malaysia airline managed to retrieve my luggage when I am back in London, what am I going to do with all the expired food, Christmas pudding and advent calendar, Christmas chocolates and candies when it’s already January? Malaysia airline felt like the Grinch to me stealing joy and happiness from the kids and refused to take any responsibility by ignoring all the phone calls and messages! I am devastated and disappointed to say the least of the lack of responsibility and seem to think that they can get away with things.

If I can rate negative 5 stars I would. A simple travel route from Osaka to Singapore should be less than 7 hours. Instead, 24 hours later I’m still stuck in KL airport. First flight from Osaka to Kuala Lumpur was diverted to Ho Chi Min due to engine issue. The ground staff was messy and disorganized, took very long to get things sorted. They booked a bunch of passengers on connecting flights that there’s no way we can make it in time, especially when the flight from Vietnam to Kuala Lumpur was delayed because they took very long to sort out all the passengers. Passengers with different final destinations all realized we missed our flight upon landing and were forced to stay overnight in KL. The transport arranged by the airline didn’t turn up to pick us up from the hotel to the airport in morning. Avoid this airline!

Not really helpful at all and customer service is very poor. Staff is poorly trained.

I am disabled with my leg in a pressure boot as its broken, I paid for extra leg room on all of my flights. Due to cancelled fights our plane was changed, to accommodate extra passengers, and and we were put in normal seats without extra room. This was extremely uncomfortable and painful. Our flight was 14 hours long.

Had a very bad experience dealing with them. Very poor customer service and will never be their customer anymore.

So sad to see so many negative reviews for Malaysia Airlines. I've been taking long haul flights in economy class for the past 45 years and Malaysia (MAS) was always amongst the very best.. All the airlines are not a patch on what they used to be in terms of service, cost, comfort and food. I flew into Malaysia on Etihad. It was the flight from hell - screaming babies distributed throughout the cabin; cramped narrow, hard uncomfortable seats (a B787 "Dreamliner". whoever thought that one up should be strung up - Nightmare liner more like & not just Etihad- the B787 should be banned from operating it is so bad in the 3-3-3 configuration); lousy food; no coffee served; non-existent service; grumpy cabin crew. In contrast the Malaysia Airlines flight from KUL to LHR on an A350 was a delight and the best flight I have had in many years. Male and female cabin crew were pleasant and attentive and provided service throughout he flight; food was excellent and well-presented; seats were comfortable with good support under thighs; coffee and drinks and snacks served throughout the flight; unlike the B787 there was room to get out of seat and stretch legs; toilets kept immaculately clean. So well-done Malaysia. You will definitely be my first choice to fly LHR KUL in future. Saya sayang Malaysia dan rakyatnya.
