Change flights removing who nights but then when you try to reach customer services it is like nobody is home. Spent 2 hours trying to reach customer services on both phone and on the online chat service and couldn't get anyone to answer. And this clearly is not an isolated scenario. I had the same problem a few weeks back. This is clearly a company cutting corners on customer services.

The most horrible experience EVER!
Over the past month, this airline has provided nothing but a nightmare. My family and I, along with some friends, have endured constant last-minute changes to our flight plans, only to have our flights canceled a mere three hours before departure. Attempting to get help is a waste of time—the phone lines are always busy, and you're left on hold for hours. On the rare occasion you get through, you're given "options" that significantly extend your travel time. We pay extra for shorter journeys, and that money is essentially stolen.
Our recent trip from Delhi to Perth, which should have taken 13 hours, ballooned into a grueling 24-hour ordeal. During a layover that lasted over seven hours, not a single voucher for food or any kind of support was offered. Calls to the airline? Useless. They had the audacity to shut down the phone lines, clearly trying to dodge the inevitable flood of complaints and escape any form of accountability.
The final insult? I discovered the flights we were supposed to take were not canceled at all. Both the initial and connecting flights left on time. The airline's staff blatantly lied to us, and no one has taken responsibility for this outrageous treatment. We were begrudgingly offered a partial refund halfway through our ordeal, but it’s far too little, far too late. I will never, under any circumstances, fly with this airline again. I would rather pay more to fly with a company that at least has the decency to provide honest communication and accept responsibility when they screw up. This airline doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.

Horrible Malaysian Hospitality.
The flight got cancelled due to technical difficulties. They gave me accommodation but they wanted me to share a room with someone I didn’t know. The transfer counter staff said that’s the last room they had and to be reasonable and share the room with an unknown person. They also said that if I did not take the sharing room, that I will have to find and pay for my own accommodation or stay in the airport.
After taking the room, the person I was sharing my room protested again and demanded another room and she got it and she got a flight the same day.
The staff didn't give any information on when the next flight would be. They said they didn’t know any flight information and all interconnecting flights are booked. Best part is, while the staff lady was explaining that there were no flights, the staff members next to me gives a ticket to a another customer who came after me. I stuck around and saw that 2 more people got flights to Auckland via transferring to Singapore and Indonesia. There was no direction. It felt like I was stranded and unfairly treated.
Later that evening I had to speak to the transfer counter staff again and get information, I can't remember his name but he first told me that all the flights are full and he had no information on the next flight. Then I told him I really need to get to Auckland due to Medical Reasons. Only then he said there was a flight the next day and he booked it for me.
The airline staff did provide me with food vouchers but the Malaysian Airlines staff who I dealt with, needs to learn about customer service, to treat its customers and handle the situation professionally. You cannot force stranded passengers to share with other passengers or adhere to rude comments from your staff just because a flight is cancelled or it makes things easy for your transfer counter.
Really disappointing. I guess if you protest, shout and demand things you would get information and flights. And, if your staff force more passengers into similar situations as this, it does not come close to your “Malaysian Hospitality” as advertised on your airlines.

Extremely disappointing and a terrible experience
Extremely disappointing and dissatisfied customer. Will not use again and recommend not using Malaysia Airlines.
To begin, my flight was delayed twice in the space of 24 hours before my scheduled flight with no indication as to why. I then had to call up multiple times to arrange for my connecting flight to be changed to make sure I reached my final destination. Unhelpful staff and very stressful situation.
Secondly on the day of the flight, this was too also delayed before eventually departing with no indication or explanation.
Thirdly I came back from holiday and waited to then submit my complaint on the 16/06 and since that date I’ve been met with multiple ‘update’ emails with no actual form of action and now they’ve stopped communicating entirely. Barbaric customer service with no form of assistance at any stage of my journey with them.
I will be initiating a chargeback since I have not received the full service neither a response to my complaint.
Do not use.

A BIG NO to Malaysia Airlines. Flight delays and many more.
Flight MH3 delayed by 13hours from LHR to KL and all you get was sorry for inconvenience. My tikcets booking, accomodation, the loss that I had to bear becuase of all this, who is going to pay me? Moreover after delaying for 13hours and scheduled to fly on 2135hrs, it is not departing yet and it is 2325hours right now. Nearly 2 hours have passed and no update yet at all. Last update given was at 2220 hours saying we are sorting this out. If its your problem that you have to travel via MH, otherwise never eber board them.
Thanks

Support? What support?
Support?
What support?
On the tape they say "we want you to experience an exptional experience".
Well calling them is so.
They sell tickets and fly but if you want to make a change and tried the chat, the chat people send you to the global contact centre.
There after 82 minutes they just hang up.
I am also surprised that they just do not react on all the complains here.
Probably same departement.
