It took 2 emails before I got a response but once someone responded he was great. He got my 10% discount refunded to me as there was not a place to enter the discount code when I was placing my order. He gets 5 stars but my rating of 4 stars is due to 1) the order process there was no place to enter the discount code and 2) it also took 2 emails before anybody responded to me.

Best customer service ever! Ordered a child’s rocking chair, which arrived in time but was damaged. When I alerted Maisonette and sent a pic of the damage, response was immediate. They asked for more pics and promised to order a replacement asap. Which they did. New chair arrived in good shape and in time for us to put it together for our granddaughter’s fifth birthday. UPS came to pick up damaged chair for return. Our granddaughter loves her rocker and we love Maisonette!

Remedied the situation. Thank you. Professional and respectful. Made things right. Will be a loyal customer for years to come!!! Very pleased.

Besides having the best curations on everything related to kids, Maisonette also has great customer service. I always turn to their website for a lovely shopping experience and cool gifts for my kids and their friends.

AWFUL- shocked by the TERRIBLE customer service for a “boutique.” You can get better customer service at K-Mart. Don’t ever shop here
