Loved the products but customer service has been horrible. I have tried reaching out three times (and called with no one to answer or leave a voicemail) to check on an order that I have had no update on. I really wanted to love this company but an very displeased with customer service. I would not recommend this to any friend of mine!

UPDATE: After a delay I was finally connected with a customer service agent who was able to assist me with both a full refund and a credit to use towards my new purchase. As sometimes shipping issues are unavoidable, I will give Maisonette another shot and appreciate all of the assistance from Suzette who addressed all of my issues. Thanks Suzette. Worst online shopping experience I have had in a long time. Placed an order nearly a month ago. Was originally advised that I would receive in 5 business days. Fast forward three weeks later and I am still waiting for the item to even ship. Doubtful that I will receive before the holidays yet their customer service will not cancel my order. Charged me upfront and then will not ship and no one responds to my emails inquiring as to when I will receive. Total SHAM - drop shipping company - not even a real merchant - STAY AWAY!

Customer service is not helpful. I tried to cancel an order once placed, my card hasn’t even been charged and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do when on their website they state a mixed message of whether they can cancel an order or not. “Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped.” I reached out to them as the description further advises, my card isn’t charged yet or shipped. I will not refer them to anyone, there are other websites with the same products with better policies. Lesson learned. UPDATED They were able to successfully refund my order. The representatives I were directed to were respectful and showed they did all they can and it was successful. So thank you maisonette.

1) I bought a wooden shabbat set for my grandson. It came in chipped and missing velcro for the challah to stay attached. What made me most upset was that I paid $114..... 2-3x what the shabbat set could be bought for on other sites on the internet!! MY fault for not checking first! 2) Subsequent to the review above, Maisonette contacted me. I am EXTRAORDINARILY pleased with their response! They sent my grandson a new Shabbat set, checked with their marketing department (who acknowledged they made a mistake in their pricing), refunded me the difference, gave me a 20% off my next purchase, and opened an account for me and deposited $25 for me to use for my next purchase! Suzette, who was the person I worked with, was incredible! She was gracious, kind, thoughtful, understanding and incredibly professional. I would definitely purchase things from Maisonette with a sense of security!

The store has a pretty good selection of toddler clothes and accessories. However, I cannot recommend shopping on their site. I've been waiting for my items to be shipped for three weeks now. I reached out to their customer service and haven't got any help for more than 10 days. Responses, yes, but all they were saying in the four emails I received was that they were working on my case. I really don't think their customer service matches their price level. Truly disappointed and will never shop here again. Update: Two weeks after reaching out to the customer service, they offered me full refund plus an 15% off discount coupon, which is an OK resolution itself, except for it took such a long time and they kept telling me they'd solve it "within 48 business days". It basically turned into a cry wolf story and I felt disrespected. I don't think their customer service is tolerable in our era of e-commerce, not to mention for the kind of quality and standard they're marketing themselves to offer.

Be very weary of where the item is shipped from. Spent $150 for a raincoat for my 9 year old son, the color was very off from the picture and sizes ran quite large. When spoke to the customer service, I was told it was non returnable because it was shipped internationally. Very disappointed 9/10 update: The Maisonette team reached out to me and offered a return with store credit. Thank you!
