They'll steal your money. You think you're ordering from them, but then your order is sent by a vendor who you could have just ordered from directly. If you have to return your order, the vendor will probably send you a label. BUT THEN YOU'LL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE MAISONETTE WILL SAY THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE SAVED THE TRACKING INFORMATION AND THEY CAN'T VALIDATE THE RETURN. It's a total scam. You do everything right and Maisonette's organization, communication and vendor selection is so poor, that they don't know what has been returned and what hasn't. But they won't refund your money. The customer service will call you by the wrong name and offer a nominal amount as credit. They are dismissive and irresponsible. THIS STORE SHOULD BE AVOIDED.

I would like to fix my original review. A very nice gentleman made me aware that the e-mail I got was an automatic response and my item was indeed being shipped to me. He was very kind and apologetic. I am very happy with Maisonette! Do not buy anything from them. I purchased a pair of shoes and paid for the express shipping. I could see for days that UPS was not given the package and only a shipping label has been created. I contacted them to which they told me that there was an issue with my address and UPS was unable to ship to me and the package was being returned to them. I looked at the address and it was correct. Upon contacting UPS I was told that the package was never given to them and that the company was being untruthful. If you make a mistake and sell an item that you do not have, please take responsibility. This is incredibly inappropriate behavior.

Do not buy the Maison Me brand. Shrunk 2 sizes in the wash. Absolutely ridiculous. My daughter wore it once, it was slightly big, I washed it and now it doesn’t fit.

Buyer Beware Credit card charged on Jan. 8. Feb. 17th no resolution. First call three weeks ago I was told they would reach out to vendor. Second call last week was told oh refund not a problem. Third call today we can't refund your money because we deal woth vendors. They haven't responded to us. I will be reaching out to the vendor myself as I assume this is a lie. The vendor little big playroom has positive reviews. Ordering from this company is a huge risk.

My mother purchased one of the “tan leather” rockers as a gift for myself and my first child. Once I got it to my home, realized it was advertised incorrectly on the website. Only after I put in a claim, did their website update to “vegan tan leather” and that it was a final sale item. At a price point of almost $600, I never would have assumed I would be receiving a vinyl chair. Customer service has been slow as molasses and quite unhelpful and uncaring about the situation as a whole. My mother is not a rich woman and this was such a huge expense for us both. Thought I was getting a life long piece for my child and I. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM. The arm is already giving way and the quality of the “leather” is absolute cheap garbage. Not worth it.

Never using them again. Took nearly a month for the item to arrive. Never got an email about when it actually shipped. The person I shipped this gift to kept an eye out in their mail for it and finally was the one who told me it even arrived. Today I checked through some old mail and saw that I got an invoice telling me to pay by Dec 17, 2021 from some company called Mamiye Brothers Inc for the very same item I already paid for on the maisonette website. I have NEVER seen this before. I'm holding onto it to see if anything comes of it. NEVER EVER EVER shop with this site.

Customer service is robotic and not helpful. I tried to cancel an order once placed, my card hasn’t even been charged and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do when on their website they state a mixed message of whether they can cancel an order or not. “Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped.” I reached out to them as the description further advises as my order fits under the cancellation window, my card isn’t charged yet or shipped. I have supported this company for years but it ends here with the lack of customer service. I will not refer them to anyone, there are other websites with the same products with better policies.

I ordered a purse for my granddaughters birthday that cost $37.84, with shipping. It cannot be returned as it is a "final sale". This purse arrived and is SO cheap and sad looking that I could have gotten it from Walmart for a dollar or so! The quality and look of this item is subpar and I will NEVER buy a thing from this company again. Unbelievable!!
