Hi Katrina, I’m really sorry you’ve had to deal with this for so long. Waiting three months and still not receiving your order or getting a clear resolution would be incredibly frustrating for anyone, and I completely understand why you’ve reached the point of giving up. I’m also sorry that you kept getting emails asking about your experience while you were still trying to get help. That must have felt really upsetting and I can see why it added to your disappointment. If you’re willing to give us one more chance, we would really like to sort this out properly for you. If you can send us your order number or the email you used when placing the order, we will look into what happened and do our best to finally put this right. Again, I’m truly sorry for how this situation has made you feel and for the stress it has caused. Kind regards, MagnetChess

Hi Jeff, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. I understand how frustrating it must have been not receiving your order and feeling like you were being asked the same questions repeatedly instead of getting clear help. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I’m sorry that our communication made the situation feel even more difficult rather than helping to resolve it. If you’re open to it, we would really like the chance to sort this out for you. Please feel free to contact us with your order number or the email used when placing the order, and we will do our best to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We truly regret the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused you. Kind regards, MagnetChess

Hi Dianne, I’m really sorry to hear that your order never arrived. Waiting from mid-December until now without receiving the product is understandably frustrating, and I completely understand why you felt the need to contact your credit card provider. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I’m sorry that we did not resolve this for you sooner. If you’re willing, please contact us again with your order details or the email used when placing the order so we can check what happened and work on getting this sorted out for you as quickly as possible. Hi Sam, I’m really sorry to read this and I understand how frustrating it must have been to go through months of back and forth emails without getting a clear resolution. Waiting that long while being told that things were being checked with the courier would be very upsetting. I’m also sorry that the tracking numbers did not work, as this should have been clarified and addressed much sooner. I understand why this has left you feeling disappointed and let down. If you are open to it, please contact us again with your order details or the email used for the purchase so we can go over what happened and do our best to finally resolve this for you. We truly regret the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused. Kind regards, MagnetChess

Hi Sandie, Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely understand how worrying it must have felt when the delivery was taking longer than expected, especially since it was a last minute Christmas gift. We’re really glad we're able to support you during that time and help guide you through the process. It’s a huge relief to hear that the game arrived shortly after and that it has been such a hit since then. We truly appreciate your patience and your kind words, and we hope the game continues to bring plenty of fun. Kind regards, MagnetChess
