Over 90 miles of riding and I just can not believe the fun time I am having riding my Magicycle Deer. This is my first new bike in over 30 years... And the first E-bike I have ever ridden... Makes going out fun again.

I have friends who have e-bikes that have been trying to talk me into it for a while and when I saw these new ones I said I have to get it. And I love how they give me money to spend on their site just by being honest. I'll be a long time customer.

I emailed their pre-sales support to ask them a question about one of their bikes. A few days had passed, not even an auto reply. No wonder this company got a F grade on BBB. Lots of complaints on BBB, they just ignored them! My latest reply: I just checked my inbox and SPAM folder, still no reply from your pre-sales person, John Wade. Like so many complaints here and on BBB... your customer service sucks big time, just admit it.

Purchased through a dealer and magicycle would honor the sale on the extra battery. They lack ANY customer service.

Bought an Ocelot Pro for my wife because of its top features in a smaller framed bike. Because I liked hers so much I sold my Rad Rover and bought one for me. I like the extra power for going up hills, the color screen and if you add a suspension seat post it is loads of fun on trails through the woods. Had them over a year now with no issues other that finding time to ride more.
