Hi Donald Thank you so much for your continued trust and for sharing your experience with us. We are truly honored to hear that you are now on your third Magicycle ebike. It means a great deal to us that you have chosen our brand not just once, but multiple times. We are delighted that you have enjoyed both Ocelot Pro models as well as the Deer 20 2.0, and that you are noticing the improvements on the new Ocelot—especially the easier battery installation and the enhanced energy management. We will continue to work hard to build great bikes, and we certainly hope to welcome you back for a fourth one in the future. If you ever need any assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
