Just wanted to share my experience. I bought a Deer 20 more than a year ago. The sale was online and it went smoothly, since then I have bought some micellanious bike part andl the team has guide me trought the correct parts. I enjoy the bike, I think it has more power than I need, climing step road 40deg ups is a breeze. However the battery is not close to the 80miles they claim. I did get about 40+ miles riding at an avrg speed of 18mph. (I'm about 160). So that's just a bit of my experience with the bike. Unfortunately, after a year and a half my battery started having some issues, where it would shut off when it reaches 50%. The bike would not turn on after that. You will need to charge it or pull the battery out. That would give you some miles before the bike shut down again. So here comes the customer service, to be honest I read mix review about the CS at MC, so my expectation were low. After I contact them at first their was a misunderstanding about the warranty of my bike specially the battery. After a few emails about the issue I was having, diagnostic, sending them pictures and videos, they actually came trough and diagnosed it as a circuit trouble on the battery. I did receive a new battery, did had to pay for shipping cost which is totally fine for me. I wanted to say the my customer experience was great I'll give them 5 out of 5. Is is not just because they send me a new battery but because Dory was very tentative and polite when we went trough this process. What I like about the bike: the torque and power, comfort and sleek look. Whay I dislike hence the 4 star is the battery pct on the display is not accurate. It might read 20pct after a ride, you turn it off and back on and the display will show 60pct. I know it's hard cause when's the motor pulls for power or amps it might drain the battery faster but if at steady when not pulling power the battery level should go back up, and not when you turn off and on your bike. As for my issue I'm on an early stage, of trying the new battery, since is winter now haven't done much riding, but it has gone down to 20pct and bike does not shut down abruptly. Thanks.

I love my Magicycle Cruiser Pro, and have been having loads of fun so far. However for a Ebike with a MSRP of nearly $3000 one would think they'd get rid of some little bugs.. One being the battery charging port cover cap. Mine was split and disfigured when I received my bike. I am unable to use cap to keep battery charging port free of debris. I also had to reseat the grommet on the underside of the frame where wires exit for handle bar.

Ocelot Pro 2 TS (torque sensor) This is the third e-bike I have owned, and it's the best so far. The build quality is excellent, and it is a very comfortable bike to ride. The software settings can be fine-tuned in every way Throttle works independently of the settings, which is a great feature and has cruse control Here is the setting I am running in (it almost feels like a normal bike, no ghost pedaling). Current limit 10A Sensitivity 1 Slow start 1 Power set 0-9 1_07% 2_16% 3_25% 4_34% 5_44% 6_54% 7_64% 8_74% 9_84% Max speed with a comfortable pedal is 20 Max speed on throttle 28 Some minor quirks No water bottle holder; they could have made side lugs on the headset tube or made a 90-degree bracket off the front headset tube bolts (that's what I did). Pedals are cheap plastic (should be metal) Seat is too hard for long rides (got a C9) The display should be able to rotate farther down for shorter people, and the display polarization is rotated the wrong way for normal polarized sunglasses. I can see the display in sunlight only if I rotate my sunglasses 90 degrees (easy fix; I just bought non-polarized sunglasses). The trip reset should be easier to get to (and mistake proof) It's easy to change the wrong thing and not notice in the settings because The trip reset is the last category in the settings. As an optional purchase, accessories They should offer shorter crank arms (~150mm) for the shorter riders The larger cable wrap that's on the bike now, it's the best. (Please offer that as an accessory) Larger chain ring or a smaller freewheel/Cassette to comfortably pedal more than 20 Bike future wish list Full suspension while maintaining the 30" (important) minimum seat height handlebar with crossbar to mount accessory on Rear freewheel design should be switched out to Cassette (They're more durable and parts are available.)

Took a 28 mile trip to Finger Lakes region on a rail trail. Very impressed with how much battery storage is left. After 28 miles with minimal assist it was showing over 90% remaining. Giving 4 out of 5 stars as the bike had some damage to the derailleur guard from shipping. Still waiting on the replacement guard. Derailleur had some slight damage but Magicycle replaced it already.

We just turned over our first 200 miles on our ebikes and they have taken us places in our town that we could never travel on a regular bikes. Everyone in our town stops us and ask us questions and we are so happy to express how satisfied we are with our purchases.

So after much research I decided to purchase the Magiccycle deer mini. There were a couple of issues when I got the bike. Couldn’t get the front wheel on because the brakes were messed up, but that was easily fixed by a friend who was knowledgeable with motorcycles. Then the power button was broken, more like stuck, so you couldn’t turn the bike on. Customer Service sent me a new part to replace the broken one, and the bike was up and running in no time! I live in a gated community and ride my bike down to play pickle ball and through town to the adjoining community. I am a big guy at 270 pounds and I have a pretty steep hill to get to my house and my bike will do 26 mph uphill with no pedal assist. I can easily keep 28 to 30 with pedal assist on flat ground. The bike looks good, rides, good, and it’s so much fun to be on! Only reason I’m giving four stars is because of the problems that I had when I got the bike! The bike is solid, comfortable, fast, and a joy to take on adventures!

Got my Ocelot Pro in July,2023. The bike wouldn't index and the charger was defective, so i never was able to ride it. I Received my backordered charger from China (none in the USA) on 9/9/23. Now, the good news is that customer service kept an open dialog during this time and was very apologetic. From the other reviews, it appears that this doesn't happen alot and I just was unlucky. I'm still happy with my purchase.
