I recently purchased a 20” Deer e-bike, and all their advertising and website pictures show the Deer with a Kenda tire or a tire with a fluorescent safety stripe on the sidewall. Well I got neither type of tire. My ebike arrived with no-name black wall tires that look and feel pretty cheap. I am concerned that the sub standard tires could be a performance and safety issue on such a heavy e-bike. Had I known I was not getting the tires as shown on their website I might have reconsidered my purchase.

There is a lot to like about my Oscillate Pro I have it now since 2020 Last year the throttle started giving me trouble, I replaced the 1/2 throttle cable with a new one from the company, it didn't fix the problem. I am dealing with the company and asking them for a solution, I sent them a video explaining the issue in detail, there solution was to replace the 1/2 throttle cable after me explaining that didn't work. I am so fed up a year later still no solution. What a shame . Anyone know of a solution please let me know. Be careful they don't have dealers based on my experience I will not deal with them anymore

I ordered a Cruiser Pro for my wife. I really like the bike, I really do. However.... I would never recommend buying from this company due to dishonest practices and lack of customer service. FIRST - Their website chart says the size ordered would be perfect for persons from 5'5" - 6'5" with inseams from 34"-40". It didn't fit my wife. It barely fit me with the seat lowered as far as possible and I'm 6' tall. The bike will only work for those 6' or taller. I kept the bike. Magicycle only allows returns within a few days and you have to pay shipping and the bike has to be packaged EXACTLY the way it was shipped to you. Issue #2 - The rearview camera sold to us to fit this bike mounts on the seatpost and looks directly back into the parcel rack. They had me send pictures and videos of the mounted camera doing this. Then they changed their website so that this camera can't be ordered with the Cruiser Pro. After this they emailed me and said they had no solution to make the camera usable with the bike but since the camera was technicaly working it was not defective and they would not refund me for the camera or do anything at all. Bottom line - They do everything they can to do nothing after the sale.

Customer service responds via email only. Responds like AI and asks you to repeatedly do the same thing over and aver again to resolve issues. My Ocelot Pro shows the wrong battery voltage- off by 20% when starting the bike. Customer service says this is normal.

Well I watched an gentlemen named RussIsRight on YouTube, since I had both my knees replaced I also suffer from Asthma COPD, and unfortunately had part of my right lung removed due to staged one cancer, not looking for sympathy. When I received my beautiful bike I put it together and to please my wife proceeded to cut up the box not to clutter the house. When I tried my bike I was intimidated by it's step thru size 26". I spent a month on the phone when it was answered by Magicycle Staff not often. I believe I mainly delt with a lady named Lua? I wanted to return it for a 20" Deer model went thru everything thing she asked me to do, except finding a shipping box. I located the largest box at BikeFlights paid $120.00 packed the bike, even strapping the box for security, spoke to a fellow resident who did logistics work, had aFedEx driver come in a look at it. He said get the lable and we'll take it. Finally sent a picture to Magicycle Ms.Lua and she refused to send me a return label, saying the packing was not sufficient. I still have it packed in the box STUCK with it and have to get the nerve to try to ride it to rebuild my breathing and body strength, I did not have a GOOD experience with this company.

I purchased a Magic cycle cruiser 750w 1 year ago and decided to replace rear tire. We unplugged the motor and the connector pins fell out. There customer service told me I need a new one.First time changing. So I order a wheel assembly which they say they have in stock but will not ship. Is this company going out of business? Maybe they should.

Very well built bike, but battery life is no where near what is advertised on the website, and the customer service response is basically non-existent. They respond with platitudes but no action to resolve the poor battery life or deceptive advertising. The website claims the cruiser will get 55 miles. I can ride about 30 miles on PAS level 1 before my battery is drained. I’m disappointed to say the least. I should be offered a replacement battery.

I have several E-Bikes, and wanted a foldable bike for taking on trips with our RV. The other E-Bikes I have are great, solid performing quality bikes. The Magicycle experience was not good from the time it arrived up to the writing of this review and beyond. I bought the bike because of the features and details I saw on Magicycles website and thier own posted YouTube videos. When the bike arrived, it was apparent that Magicycle made changes to the bike. The display was COMPLETELY different and the settings navigation and settings were MUCH different. I made Maigicycle aware of the issue, stating that there was NO information or instruction on how to make changes to the bikes settings. To my surpise, Magicycle didn't even know the change themselves. The frame folding lkock was also changed with no instructions on how to manipulate it. If you don't know how this new lock works, you will not get it to work. The rear wheel has a wobble that is so bad that the bike shakes violently at certain speed. I sent Magicycle a video of the severe wobble, they say it is acceptable. It cost me $200 to get it fixed by a Pro bike shop. They told me the wheel was very low quality and the quality standards are obviously are very low. I could go on and on about this mistake of a purchase, but the review is already too long. Support is terrible and have no knowledge of their own products and I am now stuck with a very low quality, high priced bike that I regret buying. Beware to all who are interested in Magicycle.
