The chair arrived damaged and Madison seating refused to cover it. Features don't match photos illustrations, so carefully read the first half of the description (the second half of the description has all features NOT included listed).

Hello, we purchased a Black Leap Chair for our office from Madison Seating and unfortunately it has a defect issue which I brought to their customer service teams attention. They responded very quickly and provided a replacement chair due to the defective order. I was very pleased with their response time and attention to this matter by providing us with a new replacement chair.

They are misleading customers by labeling their products as "New-Open Box" when, in reality, they are selling used, defective, and poor-quality chairs under this description. Their customer service is unhelpful, and resolving issues with them is nearly impossible. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this deceptive seller! It was a horrible shopping experience.

I ordered an open box embody chair from Madison. The chair arrived on time and was in solid condition I was disappointed to see that the bottom wheels/casters broke during transit. However, when I emailed customer service, they quickly responded to my message and sent me replacement wheels for free. There’s a few negative reviews here so I wanted to balance them with my positive experience. Would buy from them again.

If I could give them negative stars I would! Terrible customer service. They expect clients to pay for shipping for them to repair a chair that was defective. The price for shipping 1 way is more than what was paid for the chair. Why can't agree to pay for us to get it repaired instead of insisting that we send back the chair without taking it apart costing more the $500 to ship in a large box.

I have purchased multiple chairs from these Great Folks and have always experienced Great Service. I had one chair arrived damaged and they immediately remedied the situation. I would absolutely buy from then again, and would recommend them to others,

Very attentive customer service! I ordered a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from them and was having issues with it. I contacted their customer service department, and they helped resolve every issue I had.

Quick shipping and quick response to an issue with one chair. The quality and the deal on these chairs is phenomenal - can't pass up. Shipping was quick and customer service has been great!
