Hi Ry'Kese, Allow me to start by apologizing for the delay in your delivery. We take your comments to heart and clearly we failed to meet your expectations. I'm additionally disappointed to learn that you had some trouble reaching someone about the status of your order. Be assured, we have already taken your comments to heart and working to learn where the system broke down. I don't believe in excuses so I will not make any however, what I will tell you is that since March 12 every member of our team has worked from home as the New York Metro area where we are located has been among the hardest hit areas of COVID 19. While working remotely has allowed us to serve thousands of clients it has presented us with a few challenges including communicating via phone something we are usually awfully good at....... Additionally, COVID 19 has put stress on our supply chain. At times, deliveries have run a bit longer starting with production delays, trucking delays and limitations on final mile delivery. Again, we make no excuses but did want to share some of the challenges we are working through during these difficult times. I'm hopeful when the dust settles that you will give us an opportunity to earn your trust and ultimately your business again in the future. Wishing you well, stay safe Eric Eric Glickstein President
