My first 2 orders with this company in 2022 and early 2023 were great and had my products within a few weeks. I placed a new order in Jan and have been emailing and calling with no response or calls back. The voicemail sounded like a home voicemail and not a business. something has clearly changed with the company.

So first you serve me with an ad that causes me to click and go to your site. Then you make some great products listed and I decide to buy. The website takes me through all the way through the checkout and says that a rep will contact me to finish my order, but now you are unable to offer the product until late January because there are too many order? Perhaps this company needs to learn that when you place an ad and have a website to order and the order says complete, telling the customer they have to cancel the order because they do not have the ability to complete the order before Christmas - This is a marketing and service problem!

Apparently, in our process they keyed in the wrong color and as a result you received the wrong color. No excuses, just a human error on our team's part that caused the wrong color being shipped to you. UPDATE: LutherSales has indeed looked into the matter further and the investigation found some disturbing fault with the initial deliverer. The item was since restocked and they will be shipping another out to me with a different delivery service provider. I would change this to a 4 star rating for that alone! Upon receipt, this would be a total 5 Star review for their service and care of their customers! ======================================== This review would have been an ABSOLUTE 5 star, however something happened with delivery of an item that was ordered but never received. I ordered an iPad and Laptop, the laptop was received but the iPad was not. On the day of delivery for the iPad, I was home that day up until 11am and there was no delivery attempt. I was made aware that the delivery driver just left the package at my Apartment Building front door (without signature or confirmation), and from there it was stolen or taken by someone else other than myself. This is the reason that I am giving this review a two star. While the order process was quick and seamless, the communication regarding tracking information and delivery is very poor. I had to call to find out the status of my order AND to receive the tracking information (only to find out that said iPad item was "delivered" and it in fact was NOT.) I was told that this situation would be investigated and that I would be notified of future results and communication, but I have not received anything else from Luther Sales or any other representative working with Luther Sales. Now the item is no longer available and I am unable to reorder at this time. Please fix the fact that important packages such as high price electronics can be delivered without confirmation or signature. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Please know that I personally followed up on your behalf and was told that Best Buy is scheduled to fulfill the balance of your order on or around Dec 8. Be assured we always request signature required however UPS has the ability at its discretion to leave a parcel if they feel it is a safe environment to do so...... This is an update to this review. I do want to make it clear that the sales people are great to work with, and that the policies are not a reflection to the representatives that work there.I am grateful that I was able to get what I needed but still doesn't mean I don't have a right to still feel the way I do. The original review is below I Feel taken advantage of because of past struggles with my credit. The amount after its paid or even in the 90 days is still outrageous.

Inconsistency of delivery dates. It just seems like it continues to change. I would have went with a different option, had I knows this would continue to happen. Very frustrating.

I know its not what you want to hear but the furniture industry is a victim of the supply chain issues that are impacting many manufacturers and retailers. The person that was supposed to take care of me i was very disappointed. She is the type of person that will wait until the minute about changing my name and not going over everything and I got on my trip and changes had to be made and it was my birthday. The place i stayed was fabulous and they were super nice. they were able to take care of my needs. i have told other employees about you. i hope they are not let down also. Maggie was not a good rep for this job.

I ordered a Macbook Air since starting nursing school and everyone was very sweet and pleasant but for some reason there was a lot of miscommunication. I was emailing people asking for the status AFTER approval and had been getting the run around.. finally after 3 weeks of no update’s I decided to cancel and go with Purchasing Power which I received the lap top within a week

Hi Jasmine, I am sorry for the disconnect and your frustrating experience. Our program always requires the first payroll allotment to initiate before we release the order. Your account manager should have clearly communicated that to you at the time of order. I even went so far to check the paperwork we sent to you and sure enough that is disclosed on the paperwork. Even so that should have been communicated to you by the account representative. I even went to check your account thinking perhaps your payroll allotment started and we failed to ship your merchandise. However that was not the case. I recognize the source of your frustration but given that many of our clients take 24-36 months to pay to ensure the good intentions of the many first time buyers we serve, we do require that the first payroll allotment starts before we ship the order. Again, our apologies and I do hope that if you are ever in the market for fine furniture and you can afford to wait for that first payroll allotment to start that you would consider us in the future.
