Excellent service as usual , even with a delay in receiving my furniture due to the pandemic, I was notified and advised of the situation. The saleman and the finance person were professional each time they called. Thanks for another great experience with Luther Sales.

Evangeline
It took some time to get My gift with some mix up of the person sending out the shipment putting her name on the item. I couldn’t retrieve my box until UPS personnel scanned the barcode again. But I finally got it. Thank god they have tracker numbers.
Response from LutherMay 26, 2020
Hi Evangeline, Please accept my apologies for the delay in your gift item. I would love to hear more and welcome you to contact me offline. We take very review seriously and judging by your 3-star reviews it seems we missed the mark. We make no excuses. The more we can learn from your experience; the better we can be in the future. Our internal process breaks down every review and uses it as an opportunity be better next time. I'm hopeful we will have the opportunity to earn your trust in the future. Stay safe, Eric Eric Glickstein President

Took time but it was worth it. Love the payment options. Gave me a chance at owning a nice computer and easy process
Response from LutherMay 26, 2020
Hi Taria, 5-star reviews never get old. I appreciate the great review in spite of a bit of delay in your delivery. We spend a lot of time as a team figuring out how to cut down lead times on delivery. COVID-19 has impacted much of that so on that basis we thank you for your patience. I'm hopeful we will get a chance to earn your business in the future. Stay safe! Eric
