Hi Sonya and thank you for your business. We appreciate your review and though we failed to meet your service expectations we remain a big fan of Trust pilot as it holds us accountable to our clients. Without repeat clients like you we could have never survived for over 50+ years. I do want you to know that I personally got involved the moment your review came in and found out the following. Your original order like so many was a victim of supply chain challenges. Covid has really done a number to the furniture industry and has us frustrated. We have been dealing with factories in Asia that are short staffed as a result of Covid causing them to fall short of their projected production schedules. In addition, the containers coming in from overseas are sitting out on the sea for 2-3 weeks as there is no room at our US ports. Making matters worse is there are not enough warehouseman to offload the containers and there is even a greater shortage of truck drivers to move the freight from warehouse to warehouse. I wish I was making this up Sonya and I am not here to make excuses. I am simply appealing to you as a client of many years to say I am sorry and that we really do care. The furniture industry has been among the hardest hit industries related to supply chain challenges resulting from Covid. On the positive side, I understand you worked with our team and we did find you a replacement set. As I write this reply, the merchandise is in stock and is just waiting for a trucker to come in and pick it. Our team will be in touch with you in the next week or so with another update. Hi Wanderlyn, I am very sorry for the delays and the frustration caused to you. I checked in with our team yesterday and authorized them to send you a free mattress topper. This should arrive to you in the next week or so. I also had them follow up with Best Buy who is fulfilling the Range. As you know, the original you ordered was no fault of ours as we were provided with the wrong dimensions. Best Buy is doing their best to expedite delivery as they too have some challenges in the Supply Chain. As for the Dinette, sadly Supply Chain issues are real and show little signs of improving very soon. Covid has really impacted the flow of goods especially in Home Furnishings. Please know if you would like to look at alternative options we are happy to work with you on reselections. We truly appreciate your business and loyalty over the years. Wishing you well, stay safe. Happy Holidays KittKatt! Let me start by apologizing for much of what you experienced. You should never feel that a team or staff member is rude. This is totally unacceptable. I would welcome speaking to you offline where I can personally apologize. Be assured we have shared this review with our team reminding them of this unacceptable behavior. This is terribly out of character for us. Perhaps you just caught somebody at the wrong time? None the less there is never an excuse to be rude to a client. Regarding your website experience here's the good news. As we speak , we have been in development of a new platform that we expect to launch in Feb or March 2021. You sound like a perfect candidate to participate in our beta testing. I would welcome the opportunity to talk with you offline to see if there is anything we could have and can do better to accelerate the delivery timeline. We are not one to make excuses and accept full responsibility however, please know that COVID has had a tremendous impact on the entire supply chain. The combination of work shortages & excess consumer demand has left the supply chain with less product than needed. Shipping logistics has added to those challenges as items are taking longer to clear customs as well as moving freight from point A to point B is also extending the lead times. The situation is dynamic and often results in lead times changing from week to week.
