This was my first time working with…
This was my first time working with LutherSales and after reading reviews, I decided to give it a try. I've worked with Kerry, Olivia and Debbie, and I have truly had an amazing experience. From start to finish, every one was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I'm extremely happy with the service and my product, and will be doing business with them again. Thanks!

Thank you Anthony! We love that you used Trust Pilot to get to know us before deciding to give us a try. That's a great story and exactly what Trust Pilot is designed to do. I'm so happy that we met and maybe even exceeded your expectations. We also appreciate you recognizing Kerry, Olivia & Debbie. They do an amazing job for us and its great to see their efforts acknowledged Wishing you well, stay safe. Eric Eric D Glickstein President

Kenton was great to work with as…
Kenton was great to work with as always. We bought a bed when Covid first hit in March and were understandable with a delay. We were understandable yet upset when we even had to not only pick a different bed, but a different style as well. They even reduced the cost to try to keep it close in cost. But ordering a bed at the beginning of March and not getting it till the end of June was a little ridiculous. And even then, when we got it, they didnt ship the 2 side shelf units that came with it and a month later, we still havent received them. We have been trying to be understanding due to covid, but my wife has been extremely upset with the delay in the first delivery and the fact that 4 weeks later, we still dont have everything. She wants me to call and ask for money off, but as of yet, i havent, but the longer we wait for the rest of the bed, the madder she is getting.

Please accept our apologies James. You have every right to be frustrated. We share your frustration and while we take full responsibility we remain frustrated because of the challenges the furniture industry is facing as a result of COVID. No excuses but definitely making it harder on us to deliver the level of service that our clients want and deserve. We will get this right and when we do by all means please reach out to us offline and we promise to do something for you and your wife. You have my word! Wishing you well, stay safe!
