i would like to thank the Luther Appliance staff for outstanding customer service that Deborah Schwartz provided me through the delays in getting my fireplace. She followed-up and provided emails as to the status. Her loyalty and understanding was truly comforting to me. She assured that i will get my fireplace and often apologized for the delay dealing with COVID-19 , she hung in there with me. She is very pleasant and sent me another email to make sure that my fireplace was not damaged and wanted to know if i am enjoying it. yas yas. smile. the whole Luther staff us wonderful. Thank you Eric for always working me and proving excellent customer service and helping me stay on track with any new furniture that i want. Thank you Kim for always following up on my newly purchased fireplace and fur excellent customer service.

COVID slowed down my furniture delivery, however Laurie was extremely engaged with finding alternatives means to get me my furniture. She followed up and communicated me every step of the way!

Thank you Vernee for a wonderful 5-star review. I have already shared it with Laurie. Laurie is great at what she does, she puts her heart into every transaction. Please know we appreciate your patience related to the delays caused by COVID-19. This has really been something for us......be assured this is an industry challenge not specific to Luther. The demand for product is so far in front of the supply chain, in my own 27-years I have never seen anything like this...… Wishing you well, stay safe! Eric Eric D Glickstein President
