Hi April Let me start by saying thank you for your business and your generous 4-star review. Sure, we always want 5-stars but you raise a valid point one of which we continue to lobby for.........while I cannot tell you that this fundamental change will happen soon, I can tell you that those discussions have commenced with no results to this point. Your feedback matters and I do plan on bringing this to our next board meeting. I have seen us make great strides over my 27-years and will always continue to fight on behalf of our clients. Thank you Yanna for your genuine 5-star review. We are fortunate to have clients like you who take the time out of their busy days to acknowledge outstanding service along with team members that deliver an A+ shopping experience. Kenton has been with us for well over a decade and consistently scores well with his clients. We are luck to have him on our team. Be assured, our commitment to service will never stop. Service has been at the root of our success dating back to 1967 when the company was born. Wishing you well, stay safe Eric Eric D Glickstein President

Hi Jasmine, I am sorry for the disconnect and your frustrating experience. Our program always requires the first payroll allotment to initiate before we release the order. Your account manager should have clearly communicated that to you at the time of order. I even went so far to check the paperwork we sent to you and sure enough that is disclosed on the paperwork. Even so that should have been communicated to you by the account representative. I even went to check your account thinking perhaps your payroll allotment started and we failed to ship your merchandise. However that was not the case. I recognize the source of your frustration but given that many of our clients take 24-36 months to pay to ensure the good intentions of the many first time buyers we serve, we do require that the first payroll allotment starts before we ship the order. Again, our apologies and I do hope that if you are ever in the market for fine furniture and you can afford to wait for that first payroll allotment to start that you would consider us in the future. Wishing you well, stay safe. Eric Eric D Glickstein President
