Howard Howard Howard. He is the nicest gentleman I have ever dealt with in a sales situation. He didn't pressure me to purchase more than I wanted to. I even reached out the next morning to change my order and add another item and he was so gracious enough to get it done quickly. I am so excited to be able to have the items I want.

The service is always excellent but I'm really not happy about getting my entire order at one time. But the staff is always willing to work with you with every problem if they are able to.

Hi Cachanda Let me start by thanking you for generously giving us 5-stars and acknowledging our teams high service levels despite your disappointment in the split shipment. I certainly understand this but wanted to explain how this can happen. As you may or not know we do not physically warehouse the product. Typically, we place the order with one of our supply chain partners and in many cases we have multiple partners who offer the same product. This is done to ensure we have back ups when and if an item is not available from one partner but is available from another. Though I cannot be certain it is possible that the split shipment occurs as a result of this. There is also a possibility that our supply partner has multiple warehouses and is shipping your order from different facilities. Either way, please accept our apologies for any challenges this may have caused to you. Wishing you well, stay safe and Happy Holidays! Eric Eric D Glickstein President

Kerry is who I dealt with and she is fantastic! Great service, and she made sure I knew what every step of the process would be. Making sure your customers are happy is the best customer service you can provide, and Kerry does this very well. Thank you Kerry!!

Thank you Carol for your genuine and heartfelt 5-star review. Kerry is our team leader in Trust Pilot "Shout outs". She is unbelievably selfless and treats every client like family. I am not at all surprised by your reaction. Be assured it never gets old and we appreciate your willingness to post on this platform. We at LutherSales.com have been around since 1967. To some extent I tell people that we are like your corner drug store. If you know us, there's a great chance that our service levels will keep you coming back. However if you never heard of us, its likely because we don't have the budgets of the big companies. I'm hopeful that your review along with our 4.5 Trust Score will help grow our business. Be assured we will always work hard on your behalf! Wishing you well, stay safe. Eric Eric D Glickstein President

Good Evening Trust Pilot, this review is about one of Luther Sales most Spectacular Sales Representative a person can ever come across. Her name is Debbie Swartz, her Customer Service Skills are absolutely Positively Amazingly above and beyond. I have been dealing with Luther Sales for years now. I am one of those people who has had a rough break in life. I was knocking down one brick wall after another. I know Luther Sales is a furniture and electronics outlet and it is not their responsibility or objective to get in their customers personal business. But I find that sometimes your personal business can affect your bills and the decent things that you may want out of life when things take a wrong turn for the worst. To make a long story short Luther Sales Representative will go to their last mile to sure things goes straight when you are having a rough time. Debbie Swartz she assured me that everything was going to be ok and I was still going to get my purchase order regardless of the obstacles we ran into and the pandemic cause a little bit of delay as well. I am a very patient person. Debbie Swartz and the rest of the team saw that. Debbie Swartz moved Mountains ⛰ to get me the satisfaction that I wanted. I can send her an email regarding my purchase order. I didn't have to send multiples emails b4 she responded. I would send Debbie Swartz and email b4 I get off work and when I get in office the next morning her email was the first thing I saw and her answer was always one I could look forward to. They always told you the truth no matter if it was bad or good. That is what I called excellent working with others, professionalism, caring about her customers. Debbie Swartz has a spectacular mannerisms about herself, I can tell the way she wrote her email messages not to mentioned her superb Customer Service Work. THANK YOU DEBBIE SWARTZ!! You are one of a kind. People who want to get in the field of working with the public they can learn a thing or two from you. So keep up the Good Work 100% and then some.

What can I say Cynthia other then we agree; Debbie is awesome! We have an entire workforce of dedicated and loyal team members. Debbie is often among the first to arrive and the last to leave. She has been a big part of our past and we expect her to be an important part of our future. Thank you for recognizing her efforts. Cynthia, I know I am getting older when I see the names of clients like yourself who have shown such loyalty to us for so many years. Please allow me to say thank you for your business. From my family to yours, we wish you Happy Holidays and Good Health! Warmest regards, Eric Eric D Glickstein President
