Hi Lora, I am so sorry that you were disappointed in your experience. I can tell you that as we speak we are far along on a new e-commerce platform that includes integration with many leading brands resulting in a much more robust product selection. The new website is designed to improve the shopping experience. We will also be including multiple lenders on our platform which will provide clients with better credit access to a 12-month same as cash offer, interest free. While I take full responsibility, be assured we are listening to address all the feedback we receive all designed to improve you consumer shopping experience and levels of service. Wishing you well, stay safe. Eric Eric D Glickstein President

Hi Nichole, We could not agree with you more. Kingsdown is the "sleeper" of the industry. We have had a great partnership over the years and are proud dealers for their wonderful hand made brand. We are always surprised when clients hesitate to spend on a quality mattress set for themselves. To me nothing is more important then a good night's rest and Kingsdown ensures just that! Thank you for your business and we look forward to serving you again in the future. Wishing you well, stay safe. Eric Eric D Glickstein
