Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I would have to go a long way to find something worse. They are in no hurry to ship your order. But they are quick to get your money. What a joke. Only way to deal with them is they text. I am in contact with the BBB to have this listed as a fries company.

My first 2 orders with this company in 2022 and early 2023 were great and had my products within a few weeks. I placed a new order in Jan and have been emailing and calling with no response or calls back. The voicemail sounded like a home voicemail and not a business. something has clearly changed with the company.

Made payment over a week ago and still have no idea when I will be provided with tracking information, much less receive my items. This is totally unacceptable. I was told I would have information in 48 hours. 3 days later I was told today. Today I'm told next week. Very dissatisfied and it's starting to feel like I've been scammed.

I have used Luther Sales for the second time and gotten very positive results. Customer service is friendly and professional. They also are proactive to make sure you have everything you need that goes with your items. A very great service

I am a new customer of Luther Sales. When I initially decided to go through the company, which is a new program offered through my employer after they parted ways with a previous program. There were issues the 1st fews days of trying to connect with someone, only to be given the inaccurate info for the purchase i was trying to make. I could only call and leave a message as to the issue i was having, but someone did reach out to me the next day. I wasn't used to having to deal with a customer service sales rep to order a product. However, at this point, I think it is a plus for someone to assist with my purchase and talk/text me through the process after placing my order in my cart. I look forward to my future use of using Luther Sales.

I just used Luther for the first time and Howard Steiner was such a pleasure. He cleared any confusion I had and got me setup with my purchase easily. I’m super excited to get my camera and I was so happy to see that Luther even had what I was looking for. I will definitely be ordering again and working with Howard. He was so kind and provided amazing customer service.

They are full of sh** I have a good job been there long time good pay credit union also but low credit score and I did not get approved.

I respectively seek a refund of my money , should this not be provided, I will be compelled to switch to “EASY _BE”. I have found their platform to be more efficient, and offering greater reliability compared to this firm.
