Has to be a scam haven't heard from them it's been months but they sure took their money direct deposit every week kept giving excuses I get running a little behind it has been months I need a refund for everything I paid them before i take legal action

They just take your payment and then nothing else happens they just run you around taking money and saying sorry we can’t send your items but keep paying maybe the next 2 to 3 weeks we might ship them out

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. This is a SCAM!!! After you order your product, they take your 1st payment and then keep pushing out the delivery date for said product. They have a million excuses regarding the delay. When I canceled my order, I was told that I needed to wait one payment cycle before my refund would be issued. 3 payment cycles have passed and I still haven't received my refund. When I contacted the company, I was given a BS excuse about delays issuing funds. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. it's a SCAM!!!

My wife placed an order late June they said it would be a couple of weeks and we would have it. It has now been almost 3 months and we still do not have the order that we placed despite at least four payments being made. To add more insult they no longer answer the phone or return our calls. What is going on.

I have been with Luther Sales for several years and I absolutely love it!!! Today I called and had no idea who my new rep was and Emem was wonderful! She took care of my concerns with patience and expertise. Even if she is not my new rep, she is the one that I will be calling from now on! GREAT JOB!!!

Howard the manager was a great sales person I’m not good and waiting but he told me to trust him and the process and man did he deliver for me in a big way I highly recommend this company especially Howard as the person helping you with the process definitely will purchase again
