I just want to say Kerry Franco is the very best to work with! She is absolutely awesome ☺️. This is my 2nd year at planning my vacation, and it always goes smoothly. Even if I ask alot of questions she's always there with an answer and a solution to my planning. I look forward to working with her again next vacation. Thanks so much Kerry you Rock!

Was promised a Amazon gift card and Salvatore to me they were changing vendors. So I sent an email, never heard from him. That is bad customer Service, and I left him a voice message still no response.

Hi Jackie, Please accept our apologies for the delay in the fulfillment of your gift card. I am sorry you had to write this review to get action. As I understand, our team has communicated with you at my direction and I have authorized them to add an additional $25 to your promised gift card. I'm hopeful you are pleased with the promptness for which we responded once this matter was brought to my attention. Again my apologies. Be assured we really do care and as evidence of our 4.6 Trust Score our team typically gets it right. This one happened to fall through the cracks. The nice thing with Trust Pilot is I read every review in real time and take immediate action to ensure every customer voice is heard. I cannot tell you just how important I believe everyone of our clients are to our business success. Thank you for sharing your experience. Warmest regards, Eric Eric D Glickstein President
