I had faith in Luthers. I placed an order with Kerry Franco and it was completed 9/22/22. That's the last communication I have rec'd. I have sent Ms. Kerry 2 emails requesting a shipping update with no response. I have also called the main customer service line, only to be transferred back to Kerry's voicemail. That at one point said she was out in August, now it says she will be out again in Oct. I just want a status update on the three items I have ordered. I have had two allotment payments since I ordered. Can ANYONE give me and up date?

I am now into my fourth payment and I’m still being told my Samsung cell phone I ordered is on back order. Yet, before I went through the entire process I was guaranteed delivery within 5 weeks. Still not a damn thing….by the time this phone arrives a newer model will hit the market. I’m disgusted and will cancel in about 2 weeks if not here by then

Ordered a couple bikes that I was told were in stock. Once they started to receive payments via direct deposit, I was told they are not in stock. I was told on 9/2/22 I would receive a refund check, as of 9/15/22 I have not received any refund.

Tom, Your refund is in transit with UPS and scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Feel free to call our accounting office at 1-800-358-6466 and they can provide you with tracking. I had left you a message, feel free to call me directly as well. Thank you Eric Tom, Please accept our apologies for your shopping experience. Lance is no longer with us. Unfortunately, I do not have the benefit of speaking with him, but my purchasing team did tell me that the bikes were in fact told to us to be available at the time of taking your order and subsequent payments. We are currently working with this supplier to ensure this is an isolated incident. Luther does not inventory any product. Our model is all direct to consumer with fulfillment through our suppliers. We do provide the financing either directly or through other lenders to help our clients get what they want on terms they can afford. I have confirmed with our accounting team that your refund has been processed and that you will receive the tracking number Monday or Tuesday the latest. This will be sent to you via the email we have on file. Again, my apologies and be assured we would offer you an aggressive discount should you consider us again in the future. If not, I understand. I read the reviews and thought wow they must be great so I applied was approved for $3000! I was excited so I went to order a MCM handbag the price $2800.00! That is very expensive. So with interest $3500. I feel like I would get screwed. Really a good company. I think not! To the team at LutherSales thanks for reaching out. I was offered a lower price at $2400 plus interest. They were very nice and called after I wrote the review. Thank you but no thanks!
