I've had several great experiences with the online company LutherSales – the selections they offer are impressive and the prices were competitive. My customer service rep Mr. Larry Lindsey is also excellent. I just love how he offers good knowledge of the items that I'm interested in and the wonderful program of Buy Now, Pay Later system which helps a whole lot with my credit score. My first purchase with this company went great..ordered a samsung note 20 and received it after about the 3rd payment this time i made a purchase on feb 1st and my iphone has still not shipped out first I was told there was a delay because the shipping department was backed up and now being told there is a delay in getting apple products.. then after the first month now I'm being told they are under new ownership and are waiting on funding...I feel like Larry just keeps giving me the run around.after almost 2 months of payments i should have already had my item.

Sam, Please accept our apologies for the delay in getting back to you and for the disappointing service and delays in the fulfillment of your order. Luther was just acquired and unfortunately, no fault of Larry, the old ownership group was dealing with challenges that resulted in long delays. We are pleased to say that we have a new ownership group in place. We have cleared out all the old orders and are back to running on a more normal and acceptable delivery schedule. Please do not hold Larry responsible. He is great at what he does and really had no control of the isolated circumstances. I was going to place a order but after reading these reviews with making payments and no product and the interest rate NO THANKS .seems like people would be a little more understanding and not make that so crazy

Luther which has been around since 1967, was just recently acquired by a new ownership group. Our service was impacted during the transition from the prior ownership group to the new one. Really mean and hostile..I lost my job and has been trying to Mail in payments since I retired..they keep saying they do not have my payments..has been demanding I setup an allotment..they are too hostile to give access to my bank account..also I blame them for my job LOSS..they wait until the date the payment is due to like deposit money I sent at months beginning….really scared of these people..I did FedEx first ..next I just used regular mail….they just started lying and like trying to bully me to do an allotment.. (I have a taped message left on my phone that says ‘do not call’…. I don’t know why the lady left that message..but I will not call either..the message is from 1st week of January)

They were able to get me approved for some great merchandise when others wouldn't. Howard Steinert is my sales rep and he is the greatest! Got a refrigerator from Best Buy and the install team was also top notch!
