I Recived a very personalized sales process. Shopping for appliances is a very difficult during supply shortages. Working with Howard Steinert. He worked with me to find specific Maytag Washer with the earliest delivery date, that worked around my holiday plans. As they transition to the new website, I am sure the experience will get better. Note: this is pay by the week. They do not directly finance, but they do pair you with somebody to finance your purchase.

I placed and order it took gor ever to get it so I cancel it thru got upset because I received stuff after canceling and stored in my house until it was returned they took returned fees of my refund and I still have not received the rest of the refund I call Laurent and emailed him and to date they have not had the decency of calling me ba k or send my refund!!!

Larry have great customer service and knows his job very well!! I tell him what I like to get and then I tell him what I want my payment at and he never disappoints me!!

I purchased an order back in August they have took out almost $400 out of my check to pay weekly almost $40 a week Kerry never returns phone calls she reads my text but does not even reply I keep getting the runaround if I knew it was gonna take this long I would’ve just went and bought it here I am going to pay them three times more than what it’s worth if I didn’t need it I wouldn’t of buying it from these people I’m so frustrated I can’t get a straight answer I’m fixing to cancel my order and request a refund I was promised it would be delivered within a couple weeks after my first payment I’ve made about seven payments and still don’t even know when I’m gonna get it if I can give them a zero star rating I would this Kerry lady does not even care about the Customers

I order my tv 9/2/2022 & I haven’t received my order yet they gave me a delivery date but I still have not received my order of anybody see this before you order from this company please run away this don’t make any sense on why I had a delivery date & still no tv it’s been a month & no nothing Katon been trynna work with me I guess but that lady Kerry is no use she don’t help with anything & she never answers if y’all getting people out they money just say that people work to damn hard to be getting they money just took this company needs to do better because to many people are getting their hard earned money took by this company & it’s not fair to us

I ordered a bed with adjustable base back in August 2022 it has been 2 months and have not received any word or delivery information. This company keeps taking the payments out each pay period but will not respond to any contact I have tried. I have tried numerous emails and phone calls but get no response it is like as soon as you place an order and they start taking their money they throw you to the side and have no use for you at all. I will not name my “sales reps” name but for future customers STAY AWAY!! This place is a joke!! Like I said as soon as you place your order and they take money from your bank account all communication stops!!!
