These people are crooked
These people are crooked. They are attempting collect on an item I had never received. I have contacted them several times to correct the issue but they ignore me. Now their collection department is threatening legal action. Bring it on. Go ahead and try to collect on a product I never received.

I was looking online for a sofa and loveseat and somehow I came across Luther Sales. Just the many access to what seemed like a whole world of products peeked my interest which made me apply. When you can have a conversation with someone whom you've never met and knew what your style of taste was. My agent was professional, knowledgeable, honest, but most of all extremely patient than I could've been. I just about gave up. I felt I was applying too much pressure for high quality with a well below bargain budget. It was a challenge but he got me taken care of. My only complaint is I can't complain. I'm so grateful for finding this company.
