Luggage ProsReviews of luggagepros.com

I signed up to receive 10% off my first order and in the fine print common name brands of luggage is excluded which required me to spend 15 minutes on web chat help to figure out. Either provide the discount and or don't, please don't swindle your customers into believing you're offering a discount.

Ordered a Kart-a-Bag Tri-Kart-800. Great price already and then got 10% off. Shipped direct from the manufacturer. Super easy & quick purchase.

Ordered two pieces of luggage, neither was sent. Instead two other, smaller items were sent. Even the packing receipt failed to match my order and what was actually sent. I was told I could make an arrangement with fedex for an evening pickup. The next day I was told fedex would pick up the next day between 9 and 6, and the agent I spoke with denied he had told me otherwise. I repeatedly asked to speak with the agent's supervisor and he refused, telling me that they were all at a meeting. He would not agree to have someone call me back before hanging up the phone. I will never do business with this company again.

They had the item that I ordered delivered quickly and they were communicative with tracking information so knowing the package's whereabouts was easy. I would buy again from them when in the market.

After AA tore my last Travel Pro suitcase I was in need of a new one and fast too because I'm a flight attendant for a charter airline. Found just what I needed at LuggagePros. It was shipped super fast and the price was better than other sites I looked at. Very Happy!!! :)
