Crooks! I attempted to use a 10% off coupon for signing up for their newsletter. When the code didn't work, I emailed customer service. I could not find any brand exclusions online anywhere, as they do not list this information on their website. The customer service rep, Eric Mullen, admitted the brand I was attempting to purchase was not on the exclusions list (which I was only able to see when he linked me to it), but that they would still not let me use the coupon anyway. When I pointed out this was consumer fraud, Eric had the link updated to add the brand I was shopping for. These people are total scam artists and I have already reported them to the FTC, but wanted to warn other potential customers.

I order a Tumi backpack from Luggagepro website, They even sent me a confrontation and number. Next day they cancelled my order without my permission. They told me the backpack that I order is out of stock and they couldn't find another one from manufacturers because it is discontinued. All the BS, because their website is showing exactly backpack that I order but with original price, they made a mistake and they would not honor their deal instead of making some stupid excuses. Will not buy anything from them. Because if they make mistake they just cancel the deal, they don't care any customer right. Not a good business practice.

Ordered 3 pieces of travel pro luggage for a good price. First two came within a few days, the third a few days later. However, prior to arrival, after reviewing my order after it had shipped, I noticed I had inadvertently ordered blue on one piece instead of black. I called the travel pro phone number and they answered right away, were very helpful with the return and reorder. Great company, very pleased with my order. I will use them again!

Horrible experience...stay away. After a week of sending emails regarding the status of my order I called their "customer service" and was told that they have no idea what was the status of the order, although based on their "calculations" I should have received the item 2 days earlier (nope!!!). I was told that it was a warehouse issue??? When told them that wanted to cancel the order so that I could buy from another place because I was going on vacation in 5 days and needed to be sure that would have something to pack my things into... they said that they could not do that. Again it had to go through the warehouse...but there was no guarantee when they would let me know when I could cancel my order. To boot, the people on the phone (called "customer service" a 2nd time because could not believe the bad service on the 1st call) were rude, snippy, and gave me an attitude. Never again Luggage Pros!!!!

I ordered a certain Baggallini bag on/around March 5, 2014. I had been looking on every website imaginable, including the Baggallini site, and could not find it in the color I wanted. When I saw that Luggage Pros had it, I ordered it immediately. At the time of my order, I paid with PayPal in the amount of $30.99. Within a few days, I got an email from Russell Baker, Luggage Pros lead customer accounts specialist, telling me that that bag was no longer available and had been discontinued. He suggested that I submit another order and offered a 10% discount. On that same day, I replied my reply asking that my PayPal account be credited in the full amount of $30.99. On march 10, 2014, Mr Baker sent an email stating " I have canceled your order per your request and refunded you in full. Please allow a few business days for this to be reflected on your statement." My PayPal account was not reimbursed at that time. On/about May 23 I sent another email informing Mr. Baker that my PayPal account had not yet been refunded. I received an immediate response in which Mr. Baker apologized and said the refund would occur within 2 days at the most, and it did. My experience in a nutshell: it took me about 6 weeks and 2 requests to receive a refund. Luggage Pros didn't demonstrate even the most basic expectation of any well-run business. Had I not followed up, I would never have been reimbursed. I will not use them again, and would discourage anyone else from doing so.

Purchased a TravelPro 25' Maxlite. I've been buying TravelPro for years and had no issues. But this one - oy! On the third trip, one of the feet broke off. Customer Svc was polite but indifferent. Refused to allow return of the item and placed it in the warranty hands of TravelPro (the closest dealer is 1+ hours away). I advised Ebates to reconsider their partnership with this awful company. Wish I had researched them further before purchasing. Buyer, beware!

Purchased a TravelPro 9 rollaboard Suiter at a good price but it wouldn't stand up on the wheels and footer pads. After a few months I finally compared it to an older model and discovered that the footer is a 1/2 shorter on the one I bought from Luggage Pro. I asked them about it and they said it was out of warranty, even though it has nothing to do with the warranty. Now I am trying to see if Travel Pro has standard footers that will make this thing operable.

I ordered a leather bag for my girlfriend's birthday which was yesterday! Thank goodness I had a plan B. I tried to check the status of my order online. All I could find that it was "Processed". Of course, they immdiately withdrew the money from my account for payment. I emailed the company...no reply. After I called, I was informed that the bag was available when I ordered it; however, after they fulfilled orders before mine, they ran out! Really?!! I could get the $119.99 credited back to my bank account OR I could wait til next month to see if they could get it in. I don't think so!!! I never received any notification until I called and spoke to someone. Very disappointed! I'm really hoping I get the refund!
