Suitcase review My suitcase is very sturdy and comes in a color I very much like. It is made from quality materials and I look forward to using it much more in 2019!

I had no issues with the online shopping experience but the way you packaged my bag really sucked. You could have at least put 1 silica pack in it and put it in a plastic bag...there are scratches and smudges on it as if it has been used...someone had opened the box and had to re-seal it...I think you substituted a new one for a used one - the tape was really shoddy. I can hardly believe such a cute bag was given such class-less treatment. To me this bag was over-priced and not worth the $90 I had to pay for it. You can count on my buying nothing else from this site EVER AGAIN and neither will I recommend it to anyone else. Cee McAdams

Easy and Quick order system, and my bag arrived in a few days, even with the Holiday rush. Ordered the 20" carry on version, and it looks well constructed. We are already using it and look forward to seeing our bags stand out at the claim area!

I loved my Travelpro luggage. I was disappointed that Luggage Pros gave me a 10% discount coupon for giving my email and then wouldn't accept the coupon when I went to make the purchase of my luggage.

+The bag is designed great and it looks cool. Good quality of the material. +It fits on a back without sagging pretty much -It is not staying vertically -It's hard to get something out from the second section wich close to a back even though the bag is not fully packed. had to return by a practical aspect

Quick response to to the quality of the denier rating 1680-1800 of the nylon used to manufacture the bag. The higher the number the better the material !

Ordered twice from Luggage Pros and was extremely satisfied with service and purchase. Prices were reasonable and shipping was fast. Only reason for four stars instead of five is the shipping cost. Most places don't charge for shipping over $35. Otherwise, recommend Luggage Pros.

I would recommend the Luggage Pros. They are accurate, efficient and forthcoming. When the Spinner carry-on that I have ordered was damaged by delivery company the LP shipped me almost immediately replacement without waiting the return of the broken one. Decent job. I'm satisfied.
