Luggage ProsReviews of luggagepros.com

Ordered first time online from Luggage Pros for an upcoming international trip. After I ordered two items, I wanted to add three more! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service-extremely accommodating and got my additional items added. Three of the five arrived just in time for my trip; which were the necessary pieces for the trip. I talked with Matt a few times and he was super gracious and extremely helpful!!! Thank you so much! I will definitely be ordering again as I travel frequently!!! Glad I found Luggage Pros - the best prices around too!

We have made three purchases from Luggage Pros over the last few years. Ordering and delivery are seamless, with delivery arriving sooner than anticipated.

The suitcase arrived kinda dirty and scratched. Delivery was alright, but I expected better for the price.

I placed an order with them and received my carry on in a timely manner. I bought this two months ago and used it for the first time last week. The handle that you pull this suitcase with is extremely wobbly and loose, something is definitely not right. I wrote to luggage pro’s. The response I got was “ it has been over a month, we can not help you, please contact the manufacturer. I try to support small businesses but there is a reason everyone is shopping at Amazon!

Couldn't have asked for more. Had what I was looking for. Price was good. Communication and timing to receive product was excellent.

Fast delivery and good price.

ordering was clear and easy, delivery was swift, the product looks good and I look forward to using it on my trip. Also appreciated the email from Rob Weins.

Fast order processing and shipping.
