Luggage ProsReviews of luggagepros.com

I just purchased a Tumi Vapor Lite bag on sale at Luggage Pros. It matches the larger one I received as a Christmas gift, so I am happy to now be the proud owner of a complete set. I was thrilled to see that Luggage Pros carried the exact bag that I was looking for, and at a great price!! They even followed up with an email to see if I was happy with my purchase. What great customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend Luggage Pros for anyone shopping for a new piece of luggage, as the carry all of the top quality brands, at better prices than any department or retail store out there.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Do not shop here. They DO NOT stand behind their products. So much for trying to support a small business. Go to Amazon.

My only issue was I signed up for the 10% email discount only to find out that the brand ZI bought was excluded. When I chatted with Eric in customer service, I asked if there were any other discounts he could apply as I was a first time shopper on your website and he said no. As I never take no for an answer, I googled Luggage Pros discounts and lo and behold I found a 10% discount on Luggage Pros website that I was able to apply to my order. Eric should have researched a little better and found the discount for me without making me jump thru hoops to get a discount that he would have found if he had checked yiur own website. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase.

Great prices (sales); outstanding customer service and fast delivery (would prefer if sale prices wouldn't negate the free shipping $ minimum). Better deal with them vs the Steels and Deals recent promo.

Lucked out and the two products I wanted were 25% off. Ordered on a Tuesday evening and received them on Friday (paid extra for 2-day shipment). Sizing guide and product descriptions were sometimes contradictory (e.g. 22" roll-aboard product said it was ok for Int'l travel yet sizing guide said only 21" products were) - would be best if these were consistent.

I ordered an Ameribag to replace an old, sized medium I had. When it arrived, the medium was the old "large." When I called, I had excellent assistance. They sent a prepaid label to return the bag, no questions asked. I have now ordered a Samsonite wheeled trial bag from them as a gift for my niece. I'm certain that it will be exactly as represented and will arrive in a timely manner.

Great products, good sales prices, fast and accurate delivery

I am so glad I found this site, other sites claim to have the lowest price and its a lie even with their 110% price match, not only does LuggagePros beat the competitors, they honor their coupons, plus free shipping and free returns!! I got a great deal! Love!!
