I had a great experience with Luggage Pros! I ordered a Heys suitcase to replace one the airline destroyed! I found it way more expensive every where else. I was a little hesitant reading some reviews. And people always say you get what you pay for. However I couldn't pass up the savings. So I placed my order and hoped for a good outcome. I had a great outcome. My order was processed with in a few seconds of sending it. I got an email with in an hour that it was already being sent for shipping. Then I got a third email with my tracking #. They kept me up to date through the whole process. And I got the suitcase in 2 days! I owned am older version of the Heys suitcase so I knew what to expect. And the one I recieved was exactly what I expected! I was charged exactly as my order showed and I got a follow up e-mail from the CEO thanking me for my order a week or so later. Which I find that to be a great personal touch. I had a positive experience and recommend everyone to give them a chance at your business!
