Both myself and my 10 year old love this app. I find it’s helpful in alleviating anxieties and helping me drift off to sleep. I recently had an issue with my membership and the team at Loona sorted in out in a couple of days with excellent customer service! I highly recommend this app!

I’ve always had trouble falling asleep, and this app has made the world’s difference! If I’m not tired enough for a sleep story, I do an escape, which is like a guided coloring scene with a narrated story-they are so fun but also relaxing. And when I accidentally subscribed on two different accounts, I just emailed their service team and got it refunded no problem!

Do not recommend this app. I only wanted to try free trial and was charged $60 subscription. Customer service was highly unhelpful getting a refund. It had a very tricky way of getting that full subscription price from you. Be careful, what a scam! Never seen anything like it.

I am really enjoying this app! The escapes are definitely beautiful and calming. The last thing I do on my phone before plugging it in for the night. I’m usually dozing off by the end! The music for sleep and the Christmas/night sounds are wonderful! I am getting myself to bed earlier looking forward to my new night time ritual. I also find I turn to it during the day to calm down or relax a bit. It’s quite soothing. I had an easy, prompt and satisfying experience when I emailed them about an accidental double purchase. They refunded and canceled it right away for me. No hassle. I’m a fan.

Don’t even bother with this app. I downloaded the free trial and didn’t get a chance to use it .. tried to cancel the day I was charged and customer service is telling me that won’t refund me — for an app I never tried. They charged me $60 and I demand a refund. No way to cancel in app (you have to email them) — scam!!!

Loona is a beautiful product that I’ve used for years. I’ve had two interactions with their support team for technical issues, and the team was polite and prompt in solving the issues both times.

I was struggling to sign into my subscription on my daughter’s iPad. The team offered multiple solutions which, in my case, didn’t work so to resolve the matter they very VERY kindly gave her a link for a year’s free subscription which was totally unexpected and extremely kind. They relied to every email promptly and politely and never once made me feel like the tech-dullard I am.

Great app for sleep, from personal experience I can say that it works over time as it has a cumulative effect. It's not just a coloring book :)
