LoónaReviews of loona.app

This is an Awsome app I just renewed for my second year it really helps me a lot.this should have been 5 stars that was a mistake with the one star. This is an amazing app in my opinion there is nothing else out there like it, this will be my 4th year when I renew in June. And I love it. I would highly recommend this app.

It’s an awesome app. As an engineer and visual thinker - getting that part of brain focused (or really unfocused) on the sleep stories has been helpful. The music also great; it was unexpected since a lot of sleep apps have really cheesy yoga studio music. Note that the quartet price is pretty high. To help offset that the “loóna elves” have been providing a discount so it’s a reasonable $10/mo.

I was unhappy at first. I tried the Free Trial. I liked it, but didn't seem to use it as often as I thought I would. I made sure to send an email to cancel the trial before auto-charge date to avoid being billed. I got a notification from my bank that I was still charged $59.99 plus Overdraft Fee! I tried to call customer service, but they only provided an email. I sent an email 3x and finally got a response. They resolved the issue and gave a refund. Otherwise, good content.

I love this app. It helps me so much with my anxiety and being able to sleep soundly. I highly suggest this app.

I NEED LOÓNA! It's an awesome app. Relaxes me instantly!!!

I had a little issue with my subscription after replacing my phone and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it on my own. Loóna guys were extremely helpful and fixed the issue on their end for me in no time! I have used this app for a year and a half and I love it, it’s very useful to relax after a long day and go right to sleep.

I had a year subscription and truly enjoyed using the app. When it came time to renew I was trying to find extra money in my budget so I let it expire. When I tried using it again I had difficulty logging in. The customer service was prompt & helpful & genuinely cared that my problem was solved.

This app has helped me to fall asleep quicker. I love the animation and music. The support team is very quick to respond. Very good app.
