LoónaReviews of loona.app

Liked the stories, color schemes and music but there are free resources elsewhere and I couldn't afford the fee.

A great routine to prepare for your nightly rest. I have shared with two friends who plan to get the app.

Hard to explain how magical I find this app. Folks, remember generally you get what you pay for and Loona is worth every dollar of their annual subscription. The scripts and the stories and the "sleepscapes" have the kind of polish and detail you experience in a movie production. The sleepsape is like an adult-version of a coloring book on steroids. The experience is so emersive, so relaxing, and I even use it during the day for the music to calm my anxiety. You are paying for these artists to continue to create and be able to give their gift of magic to us. I've listened to YouTube videos to help you sleep etc. Trust me Loona is on a completely different level in a category by itself. I use it daily, several times, for different purposes. Fantastic investment in my emotional health.

I had a few minor glitches (after I moved from yearly to life), but the Mages were very helpful and quick to reply. One problem got an immediate fix, the other is awaiting the alarm feature to be activated. I am completely satisfied with the response.

Given the number of people who have been wrongfully charged, I am considering launching a class action lawsuit. I refuse to let a company profit off of targeting an audience that struggles with mental health. I have already connected with some of you, but encourage others to reach out with testimonials/ screenshots and other supporting evidence to Sam. mo. schoolstuff @gmail .com

I love this app. I start my day with their new 5 minute shorts. They help me get in the right mindset for the day. I've noticed I'm happier and more focused when I do. I end my day with their Sleepscapes. They help settle my mind from the day before bed. I go to bed with less things on my mind. I just wish there were more Sleepscapes with nature or shrines. Those are the best, but I know everyone's different and like different things. There's still a decent amount of options to choose from though. :)

I got the free trial and cancelled and was still charged $59 and could not get a refund. Don’t do it. Terrible customer service

After using Loóna for a year almost daily I decided I wanted to upgrade to a lifetime membership. I had a problem with the auto renew that gave me one year again. I contacted Loóna support through email but was not getting any response. This was the only negative thing. Since I was part of the Loóna FB group I was able to reach out through Messenger and they promptly helped me. By getting a refund from the App Store I was able to then get my lifetime renewal! I hand enjoyed using the app for the beautiful sleepscapes, which are so richly detailed. But my favorite part are the stories. Those I use to fall asleep by. Over this past year I hand seen this App grow with many new added features. Looking forward to seeing what this company takes us in the future!
