Loóna has been one of the bests apps I've ever used. To play and sleep, to relax, to hear music that goes through the soul. Also they kept in mind issues with the prices, with the payments and how to proceed. Very happy with their quick and kind response.

I enjoyed this app for the most part, but found that I gravitated to the escape games mostly. The graphics, music and stories were lovely and calming. I didn't truly give the app a chance. I couldn't justify the cost. However, I had absolutely astounding customer service. When I mentioned that I wanted to cancel my membership they were on it in a flash. I was dealt with in a kind manner and even asked what my inhibitions were. If I had money to use this app, I would likely come back because of the people behind it.

I love Loóna! I have used them for years, back before they really exploded. When they started charging, being one of the people who had been with them before charging, we got an early discount for the lifetime subscription. Phone's changed, life happened and u forgot about this app. I used it every night and slept better than I had in years. When I re-downloaded, it asked me to pay. Working for a few weeks with customer service was long, emailing back and forth. I also have a neurological issue that sometimes you can know the word the want, and it's sooooo simple. For instance, if I asked for a can of soda pop. My brain would suddenly forget the words can, and soda. So it would come out as "the round metal thing that holds the fuzzy drink." They were so caring and understanding. Even when it was obvious I was frustrated with myself. I am getting back into my routine at night, and am now loving the stories for anxiety, inspiration, and everything else in life I have issue with. I will never leave Loóna again!

It's beautiful, the animations are gorgeous and the music/soundtracks are lovely... But there are no instructions on how to get started, and if the app glitches, as mine did, it's at bedtime that you're trying to sort it out, isn't it? Peering into a screen, frustrated, when you're supposed to be relaxing. Also you have to have your data/wifi on, which obviously isn't good for healthy sleep. AND it's having a screen in your bedroom, always a big no-no for anyone with insomnia. So, I deleted it after two nights.

This app is a total SCAM…They charged me $66 and I cancelled my subscription right away .I did not wanted to use the app .I emailed them saying it was by accident and I cancelled it right away and they said no refunds ever. Do not get this app! I think the other reviews were fake…Please be careful !!!

This company is very seedy. I liked the app—when it worked— but they charged me $59 in August and then another $59 in November! Told no refunds ever. Do not get this app! I think the other reviews were fake.

I really like the options loóna offers to tailor everything about your experience with their app. The scenes are beautifully done. The narrator I chose was so soothing and the activities really helped me wind down and relax so that I could get to sleep. The customer service is top notch and Loonas goal truly is to be comforting and not cause their customers any stress. Thank you for a great product!

Loona helps to relax my mind. The more you use it the better it works. Try it for a month every night, I bet you will then agree with my 5 stars of appreciation ✨️ way to go Loona;*)
