LoónaReviews of loona.app

I really enjoy and appreciate all that goes into each story and best of all they work great to help me fall asleep. Amazing graphics and story lines

I've discovered Loona during a time where getting asleep was a little difficult, as I was sick and worried about my health. The immersive stories they call "Escapes" got my attention. The soothing voice of the narrator, the concentration needed to find the correct objects to color them when requested, the background music and additionnal stories were a perfect distraction for my anxious mind at that very moment. Since then, I used Loona a little less regularly, only playing an Escape when bedtime comes and I find it difficult to put my thoughts to rest. And it works very well. I sleep more peacefully after an escape that I do without. The team behind Loona is also worth mentionning: new escapes are published on a regular basis, and the support team is quite quick to respond and fix any particular trouble. If you have trouble sleeping because your mind is restless, I strongly suggest you give this a try with a headset on. It might really be helpful.

I'm in my 3rd year of Loona Premium (subscription use). I'm not a subscription person: I avoid them like the plague. That said, Loona has made the difference between sleeping and not for me. It is well worth the yearly subscription price that I pay! I have a rare central nervous system dysfunction/chronic pain condition. In addition, I'm neurodivergent. Sleep doesn't come easily for me. But regular use of Loona's Escapes, bedtime stories, and music helps me to quiet my racing mind, distract my brain from pain and stress, prepare myself to fall asleep quickly, and reduce stress throughout my day. Their 5-minute Escapes are a discrete and effective way to dampen sensory overload anytime I need to. The app is constantly being improved and when a rare glitch occurs between their updates and my phone's updates their tech support is responsive and effective.

Before finding this app, I was up until 2, 3, or 4 am playing games on my phone trying to force my eyes to get tired because I can't shut my brain off enough to fall asleep. I saw several adds for this before I caved and tried it and now I'm mad at myself for not trying it sooner. Absolutely a game changer for me. I'm able to fall asleep fast, one or maybe 2 sleep escapes if it's a bad day, but I'm sleeping soundly through the night listening to the music on loona. The graphics are phenomenal, the music is amazing, the narration is perfect, and the interactive parts of each escape are just plain fun (and relaxing).I highly recommend this app for anyone, especially those with anxiety or those who have issues getting their brain to slow down at night. A truly incredible experience every single night.

Loona has been a life-changer for me! I now get a lovely night's sleep without any medication. Totally relaxing & calming from the music to the storytelling, from the interesting adventures to the beautiful coloring. The support offered is amazing! I just had an issue with losing audio. I contacted Loona, got a super-quick response & an easy solution, without missing a wink of restful peaceful sleep.

I can say that loona is the real deal. I had trouble sleeping and with this app I feel asleep sometimes during the sleep escape. The app is beautiful.

Loona customer service was quick to respond to the issue and it was fixed in 2 days. I love the Loona app.
