Ordered from this store twice and both orders damaged. This store has fancy showrooms but they sell mostly Chinese from internet. Look at the names they call the furniture, you will see it at Home Depot or Wayfair for less. They prefer to deliver outside your house and prefer not to go in. If is good quality furniture you WONT have to put it together. IKEA is much better and far less expensive. It’s all a façade at this store. The only thing well made from China in a virus!

Beware of the 10% "restocking" fee
Beware of the 10% "restocking" fee. We ordered an expensive chair, paid for the "care plan", and delivery.
The chair ended up being too big for our small room and I called them back immediately. We lost $300 on that for delivery and pick up ( I actually understand these fees) , but then lost an additional $125 to put it back in the warehouse! Doesn't make me want to ever go back!

Happy with couch purchase
We purchased a couch. The process in the store went smoothly. It was delivered on time. There was some damage to one of the couch legs. We let them know and they immediately sent out a replacement, and in fact the delivery person installed it for my wife free of charge. It's only been a month so can't really comment on the durability but honestly, for the price, if we get five years out of it we will be happy.

I bought a Stearn and Foster bed from…
I bought a Stearn and Foster bed from Living Spaces thinking I would be taken care of, 3 months later the bed began to grow a bump in the middle of the bed. I sent a warranty request to Living Spaces and they sent a so call professional bed inspector. The person told my wife and I "I see the issue, that bump should not be there" we thought oh good we will get the 10 year warranty to replace the bed. Nope, a week later i get a call from Living Spaces customer service saying "the inspector found nothing wrong with the bed, and they will not do anything to fix the issue" I don't understand how a $4000 bed can have this bump and Living Spaces won't do anything to replace my mattress. I am so frustrated that my wife and I have to live with this bump that pushes my wife and I to the edge of the bed. If you looking for a mattress look somewhere else then living spaces they don't care about thier customers who paid so much money for a so call quality mattress and what is the point of a 10 year warranty if nobody from Living Spaces will honor it.

SAVE YOUR MONEY
SAVE YOUR MONEY, SHOP ELSEWHERE! How to I describe Living Spaces?
1. Deceptive sales tactics
2. Store management staff that doesn't stand behind the products they sell
3. A warranty program that is a complete joke
4. A company you cannot call and deal with over the phone at a local level as you have to physically go to the store to get any resolution because every time they try to transfer you from the 800 number to the local store they have a "technical issue."
Cliff notes of situation: We spent thousands of dollars on a sectional couch that we received in April which is now basically trash due to the cheap fabric that stains from just water. The company won't do the right thing in backing a bad product so we end up here informing other consumers to avoid what we went through.
Not interested in more details? Save time, money, and frustration and shop elsewhere.

We purchased a couch in January 2022 which we did not receive until April 2022 (no issue here as we knew that expectation). During the purchase process, we expressed multiple times that we needed a couch with a fabric that was either stain resistant or something that had a stain protectant on the fabric. We purchased couches in years past where paying for a spray on protectant was an option.
During the purchase process, we were assured by the rep that a protectant would not be needed and that the fabric would be fine. The rep said that if we were worried about stains occurring that we should get their Care Free Plan which is their extended warranty. Stains were going to be no issue.
Couch arrives and did fine for the first couple months. We have kids and dogs so of course accidents are going to happen, but HEY! Why worry?! The opening sentence of the ABOUT CARE FREE sections says, and I quote: The Care Free Plan is a contract designed to protect your new home furniture investments from life's messy moments. Coverage includes accidental stains, rips, burns and other damage to indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, rugs and adjustable bases. It provides coverage for 5 years post-purchase. You'll have 30 days from the discovery of damage to report a claim.
Over the past month we have had rings and spots starting to appear on the couch. I make a claim as instructed, and they inform us that the stains had to have been from over 30 days, and they are declining the warranty.
This four month old couch now looks like it's years old....
I take it to the store level and am told by the store manager....we'll call him Johnny...that he's sorry, but there's nothing he can do except refund the cost of the warranty which is a whopping few hundred bucks.
Johnny also explained that it's not his sales reps jobs to explain details of the warranty to their customers and that the customers should go home and do all the research on their own. Which basically tells you right there that the reps are instructed to say whatever they need to in order for them to close the sell of the product and warranty.
Living Spaces may have a nice looking store with a kid area and a bar. Beyond that, it's a warehouse of cheap product that doesn't deserved to be purchased.
If you do decide to roll the dice, make sure you make a warranty claim one to times per month, every month, every year that you own the piece of furniture to ensure that it stays in tip-top shape.....unless they have a limitation as to how many warranty claims you can make....which I'm not sure of because I didn't dig that deep.....but is it really worth it to find out if the "high end product" needs that much maintenance from a consumer? Probably not.
Best of luck consumers!

Customer Service Phone Representative is RUDE
I have never experienced such rude and poor customer service support. Living spaces support will provide you with false information AND your support representative will SIGH at you on the call.
Let's see.. I received my couch in April to my old address. In May I moved, and in June I noticed that one of the cushions were faulty so I submitted in a claim (as we have 1 year warranty). I received a notification email showing that my address was set as my old address. I called support and asked them to change my address, as I no longer live there. The technician came and checked out the cushion, and said he would order a new one for us. OK.
They deliver the cushion to the new address but it looks like there is an issue with the cover, not the actual cushion.
I submit a new claim and they approve it and decide to send me a notification that will deliver to my old address (Um, i thought I had already changed it).
I call support AGAIN to change my address right when I receive the notification to ensure it doesn't get sent to the wrong address. Support ensures it will get sent to the right address.
LIES!! It got delivered to my old address. I receive a tracking number that says DELIVERED to old address.
I call support AGAIN to tell them about what happens. the support rep, says that the special orders team will call me in 3 days to reprocess. NO CALL for a WEEK.
I call support AGAIN. Support says that the order was shipped on 09/01. I told her I didn't receive any notification that the order was shipped and I asked her to please send me one. She says she can't and I should receive a notification in 7-10 business days (ok???? why can't she send me any proof the order was shipped to the right address? Meanwhile she is talking over me and sighing at me at the phone)
I kept pushing for ANY type of proof, because all it seems like is support lying to you on the phone but not providing you with any type of proof that they are actually helping you.
I asked support if I could talk to her manager, and she tells me that the special orders team will contact me in 3 business days. I don't think she reports to the special orders team? I asked her, is this who you report to because I wanted to talk to your manager. She answers 'yes'. Again, all living spaces support does is lie. DONT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A HEADACHE

Terrible
Terrible, customer service on the flower and managers are terrible. Looked at a couch with an associate on the prior day for an extended period. After going home measuring, moving lots of furniture around, returned to the store to purchase. No associates ever attempted to help me, tracked one down who then told me it was out of stock for 4 months with no options. Went to front desk to to see if manager could do anything. She continue to text what appeared to be a person message while ignoring. After a couple minute I asked if she was a manager, she was disorganized and tried to tack down a wait list for the furniture…but could not seem to find the list. Get it together! Furniture looks pretty good but what a waist of 3 hours of time for not reason!

Never spend your money at Living Spaces
Never spend your money here. You would come out better buying something used or from someone else. All of the products are obviously over priced and extremely cheaply made.
Please come and get this disaster of a couch from my house. I hate it.
I’m embarrassed to have it my home. I’m disgusted by the whole thing.
Living Spaces in Los Angeles Midtown district on Venice Blvd is a gross misrepresentation of a family quality furniture store.
Don’t waste your time.
Once they deliver it you will be charged early and reported to the credit buero early it’s just not for the civilized. Use Facebook market place. Use offer up. Use a garage sale.
If you have to buy new please use a more established company. The customer service is located over seas and they know nothing about the standards of customer service.
Is absolutely the cheapest thing you will ever buy. Get a refund in a hurry.
