No pushy sales man!! Went in with one thing and found something completely different. Lots of choices and nicely laid out.

The person who helped me at the Houston Central store was very patient and helpful. I would give five stars, but I had some confusion when looking at the fabrics in person and online versus the information the salesperson had access to. I do feel a person should not just order online but should go into a store first before ordering because things do look different in person. The other reason I’m giving four stars is because I have not received my sofá yet, which is supposed to arrive in four weeks. It would be nice if it would be ready sooner than that.

Enallia Bradley gave a great customer service. So also are Mannta and Edwin at your Farmers Dallas Tx store. Enallia took her time to show me the items I wanted, explain all details and gave useful tips. Great customer service, keep it up.

We were looking to upgrade our living room seating and decided to visit the nearby Living Spaces in Gilbert AZ. Elaine greeted us warmly, and we explained to her we had a specific furniture piece in mind and even had pre-measured it to fit the area in our living room. Elaine went to work on helping put together the pieces to accomplish this. We truly appreciated her enthusiastic service, listening intently to our needs. We’ll be back for sure!

This was my second time there. The first time was about a year ago and it was a bit much. The staff was very nice just a little overwhelming. This time around they seemed to have tempered that down...a bit. There were still plenty of staff to help, but still felt like I spoke to a least 5 different people. Once we decided to purchase something the process was extremely easy and fast. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated how efficient Brad was. He was extremely nice and helpful and explained a few things. I'd absolutely come back. I really liked their more modern and simplistic furniture. I didn't feel like I was looking at my grandparents selection of sofas. Refreshing to say the least.

We worked with a very nice salesman. He was very thorough explaining what to expect, delivery, and warranty. The only disappointment was the items were not in stock and the long delivery time.

We loved the number of options both in style and customizable color choices. We waited a little while for a specific sales person, but she was never available. We did receive excellent service from James A.

No pressure through the door and was able to walk freely and find what I was looking for today. Stephen H made my purchase easy.
